FUL MEDAMES 🫘 Whenever my girlfriend works from home, I always cook her something tasty. Today, that was Ful Medames - a delicious bowl of beans. But when it comes to coffee, my barista skills tend to let me down a little…☕️ ad | until now! I’ve always found brewing espresso at home goes wrong for some reason or another. Luckily, our new @ninjakitchenuk Luxe Café Pro has made it SO easy to make the perfect cup of coffee, each and every time 🤓 Not only is it a 4-in-1 machine, but its barista assist technology means your machine is automatically calibrated depending on the beans your using, then recommends the the settings you need for the coffee you want. Honestly - gamechanger for home baristras like me 👨🏻🍳 Full recipe for the beans can be found below - enjoy + let me know if you give it a go 👇 INGREDIENTS (serves 2) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 brown onion, finely diced 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp dried oregano 2x 400g cooked broad beans (or use borlotti, like I did) 1 lemon, juiced Handful cherry tomatoes, quartered ½ red onion, finely sliced 1 long green pepper, finely sliced Small handful fresh parsley, finely chopped To serve: turkish-style bread METHOD 1. Warm your oil in a saucepan on a medium-high heat. Add your onion with a pinch of salt, frying for 5-7 minutes until softened. Add your garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant, then add your paprika, cumin + oregano. Cook out for 1-2 minutes. 2. Separate the beans from their liquid, then add the beans + ½ the liquid, stirring well. Season with salt + pepper, bring to a simmer, then lower to medium + allow to bubble away for 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly. Finish with a big squeeze of lemon juice. 3. To serve, get your beans into a bowl. Top with your tomatoes, onion, pepper + a lemon wedge. Scatter over the parsley, drizzle over more olive oil + enjoy with bread, then your coffee of choice! #beans #ful #coffee #ninjaluxecafe #coffeemachine #easyrecipes #healthyrecipes
