I used my go-to cheese @rumianocheese - it’s not only super delish, but also very high quality, pasture raised and grazed, made with grassfed milk and is kosher! recipe: makes 6 pizza cups 2 tortillas/wraps ½ cup tomato sauce 1 ¼ cups Rumiano Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional) toppings of choice - I used olives instructions: slice the tortilla into 4 triangles spray a muffin mold with spray oil flatten down the tortilla triangle into a cup place a spoonful of tomato sauce top with shredded cheese top with slices olives/toppings bake @350F for 10-12 minutes let it cool, pop out and enjoy!
trust me… quinoa tastes better in dessert 😍these crunch bars take minutes to make and are sweetened with @zulkasugar - grab yours in a Costco near you 👀 recipe: 1 cup peanut butter 3 tbsp Zulka Pure Cane Sugar 3 tbsp coconut oil ½ cup quinoa instructions: mix the peanut butter, Zulka pure cane sugar and coconut oil pop the quinoa in a pan on low heat until you hear popping sounds - stir so it doesn’t burn pour the quinoa into the peanut butter mixture and mix pour the mixture into a lined container freeze for 2 hours slice & enjoy!

hot chocolate 🤝cookies 😍these are the perfect sweet treat to make this winter! they’re easy to make, made with a handful of ingredients and are sweetened with @zulkasugar Pure Cane Sugar recipe: ½ cup chocolate chips ¼ cup coconut oil ⅓ cup Zulka Pure Cane Sugar ½ cup flour ¼ cup cocoa power 1.5 tsp baking powder instructions: melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together mix in the dry ingredients scoop onto a lined baking tray bake @350F for 8-10 minutes let it cool - may take some time to harden (optional) sprinkle with powdered sugar & enjoy!
bet you never tried these type of muffins 😍 they’re made using my fav bread @eatroyo 30 cal bread! this is a good for you snack/brekki! recipe: 6 slices Royo bread 2 eggs 2/3 cup milk 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon dash of salt chocolate chips instructions: 1. mix all the liquid ingredients in a bowl 2. cut the Royo bread into cubes 3. pour the mixture into the cubes and mix well 4. add in chocolate chips and mix 5. scoop the mixture into a silicone muffin tin 6. bake @350F for around 10-12 minutes 7. pop out & enjoy!
