ice cream never looked this good 😍 this high protein honey ice cream is made with Heaven & Earth Honey bars as the perfect mix in 🙌🏼 it’s naturally sweet and is a great snack to keep you going throughout the long summer days! ingredients: 16oz tub low fat cottage cheese 3 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract dash of salt 3-4 Heaven & Earth Honey bars instructions: 1. pour the cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract and salt into a bowl 2. blend using a hand blender (regular blender also works) 3. cut the Heaven & Earth Honey bars into cubes and mix into the cottage cheese mixture 4. pour mixture into a container 5. top with more Heaven & Earth Honey bars chunks 6. (optional) drizzle with honey 7. freeze for 2 hours, scoop & enjoy!
one of the easiest & yummiest snacks you’ll try 😍 these chocolate pockets are low carb thanks to @eatroyo 30 calorie bread 🙌🏼 recipe: 4 slices Royo 30 calorie bread 2 tablespoons peanut/almond butter 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional) 1 tablespoon almond milk instructions: 1. mix together the nut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder and milk until it forms a chocolate spread 2. remove the crust off the Royo bread 4. cut the bread into a circle using a cookie cutter or glass cup 5. spread the chocolate spread on half the circle bread 6. fold over the bread and press down using a fork 7. spray with oil and press down using a fork 8. air fry 400F for 8-10 minutes & enjoy!
pizza… but made mini AND low carbs 😍these pizza cracker bites are the most delicious snack & they’re made with @fibergourmet cheddar Thinables 🙌🏼 recipe: 1 cup Fiber Gourmet Cheese Thinables 2-3 tbsp ketchup block of cheese instructions: 1. line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out your Cheddar Thinables (leave a bit of space in between each) 2. place your ketchup in a ziplock bag and cut the tip - squeeze into the center of each cheddar Thinable 3. cut cheese into small squares (same size as the Thinable) 4. place your cheese on the ketchup 5. bake @350F for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts & enjoy!

eggs & toast just got an upgrade 😍 these egg and cheese stuffed toasts are the perfect fun brekki idea and they’re made with my go-to @eatroyo 30 calorie bread ingredients: 3 slices royo bread 2 eggs ½ cup shredded cheese salt & pepper instructions: 1. cut out the center of the Royo bread - fold in half and cut the center out 2. heat up a pan 3. spray with oil and place the Royo bread in the pan 4. whisk the eggs with spices of choice and pour into the center of the bread 5. top with shredded cheese and let it cook for 2-3 minutes flip over for one minute for cheese to get crispy & enjoy!
summer isn’t complete without these bites 😍 these raspberry frozen bites are the perfect sweet treat and they’re sweetened with @zulkasugar pure cane sugar 🙌🏼 ingredients: - 1.5 cup yogurt - ½ cup raspberries - 2 tbsp Zulka pure cane sugar - ⅔ cup chocolate chips + (optional) 1 tbsp coconut oil instructions: 1. mash the raspberries and mix with Zulka sugar 2. place a few scoops of thick Greek yogurt on a lined tray 3. create a well in the center using a spoon 4. fill the indent with the raspberry mixture 5. freeze for 1-2 hours 6. melt chocolate with (optional) coconut oil and dip the frozen bites until fully coated 7. freeze for another 15 minutes & enjoy!

I used my go-to @eatroyo bagel! they’re low calorie, carbs and make for the perfect meal 🙌🏼 recipe: 1 Royo bagel 3 tbsp cream cheese 1.5 tbsp butter 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan 1 teaspoon garlic powder + onion powder instructions: 1. slice the Royo bagel into six - don’t slice all the way down 2. place the cream cheese in a ziplock bag and cut off the tip 3. pipe the cream cheese in between the slices in the bagel 4. melt your butter and mix in the Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder 5. dip the bagel into the melted butter mixture and brush any parts that didn’t get covered 6. air fry @350F for 10 minutes, pull apart and enjoy!
