the perfect way to start the day 😍 these protein packed potato bites are the perfect breakfast to prep ahead for the week 🙌🏼 they’re made using my favorite @rumianocheese - it’s not only super high quality and delicious but also organic, made with grass-fed milk, pasture raised & grazed and kosher! ingredients: 6 baby potatoes 1 cup @rumianocheese organic shredded mozzarella 6 eggs olive oil salt & pepper instructions: 1. preheat oven to 350°f 2. boil small potatoes until fork tender, then drain and let cool slightly 3. gently smash each potato and press into a greased muffin tin to create little cups 4. drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and any spices you like 5. bake for 15-20 minutes until edges get crispy 6. place a spoonful of Rumiano Organic shredded mozzarella into each cup 7. crack a small egg into each one (if no room for the whole egg, use just the yolk) 8. bake another 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your eggs 9. finish with fresh herbs and enjoy!

quinoa never looked this good 😍 these 4 ingredient banana chocolate crunch bars will be on repeat! they’re made with @brothersallnatural freeze-dried banana fruit crisps which are made from just real bananas - they’re the perfect clean snack! 🙌🏼 recipe: 1/2 cup quinoa 2/3 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional) 1/2 cup Brothers All Natural Banana Fruit Crisps instructions: 1. toast quinoa in a pan until you hear popping sounds 2. melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and coconut oil together 3. mix it with the toasted quinoa and Brothers All Natural banana fruit crisps (broken into smaller pieces) 4. pour into lined container 5. top with more Brothers All Natural banana fruit crisps 6. freeze for 45 minutes 7. slice into bars & enjoy!
single serve treat anyday 😌 the perfect dessert made for one and sweetened with my fav @zulkasugar ! ingredients: 1 cup blueberries 2 tsp Zulka pure cane sugar 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp flour crumble: 1 tbsp flour 1/4 cup oats 1 tbsp oil pinch cinnamon 1/2 tbsp peanut butter instructions: preheat oven to 350°f mix blueberries, Zulka sugar, lemon juice & flour until coated transfer to a small baking dish or ramekin in a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, oil, cinnamon & peanut butter until crumbly sprinkle crumble evenly over blueberries bake for 20-25 mins until bubbly & golden on top let cool slightly & enjoy warm!
these protein dubai chocolate strawberries are next level 🍓🍫 they are coated in the dreamiest pistachio layer made with my fav @qualifyprotein creamy pistachio protein powder 🙌🏼 Qualify protein has 25g of protein per scoop & has the most delicious creamy flavor! ingredients: 1 lb strawberries, washed & dried 1 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil pistachio layer: 1/2 cup pistachio butter 1/4 cup/1 scoop @qualifyprotein creamy pistachio protein 2-3 tbsp maple syrup 2-4 tbsp milk (for texture) pinch of salt optional crunch: crushed toasted kataifi instructions: 1. mix the pistachio butter, protein powder, maple syrup, milk, and salt until smooth 2. spoon or coat strawberries with the pistachio mixture and place on parchment paper 3. place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to set 4 melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth 5. dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate and line back on a lined tray 6. sprinkle the crushed toasted kataifi on top 7. place back in the fridge until set & enjoy!
apple pie for one pls 😌this single serve treat takes minutes to make and is so good and full of flavor! it’s made with my favorite @rockitappleusa miniature apples 🙌🏼they’re the perfect grab n go snack! recipe: 2 rice paper wraps 1 egg ¼ cup milk 1 Rockit miniature apple 1 tbsp butter/coconut oil 1 tbsp brown sugar/coconut sugar ¼ tsp cinnamon instructions: 1. make your caramelized apple mixture - peel and chop the Rockit miniature apple 2. place in a pot along with butter, sugar and cinnamon 3. let it cook on medium heat until bubbly and caramelized (about 5 minutes) stir every so often 4. on a large plate, mix the egg and milk together 5. place the rice paper for a few seconds until it softens 6. do this again and place the second sheet on top of the first pour the caramel apple mixture into the center fold up like a burrito and air fry @350F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway & enjoy!

(optional) spray oil and air fry @350F for 8 minutes 7. pour in a bowl with milk & enjoy!
