SALT DOUGH KEEPSAKE - Thanksgiving Edition Such an adorable keepsake ❣️to make this you will need: * 1 cup of salt * 1 cup of regular flour (don’t use self raising flour) * 1/2 cup of warm water How to make it: * Preheat the oven at the lowest temperature. * Mix all the ingredients and knead it well for about 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. * Roll the dough flat on a piece of parchment paper and have your children press their handprint into the dough (press their little fingers all the way down) * When your piece is ready you could let it air dry or bake it. If you want to bake it, put it in the oven for 1-3 hours at the lowest temperature (check every 30min) * Seal it with Mod Podge to make it last longer (Optional) Notes: If your dough is a little sticky add a little bit of flour to the parchment paper and knead it.
