YOUR DAILY PROBIOTIC BLEND🦠 I eat 1 tbsp of this everyday, 1 tbsp = up to 15 billion beneficial bacteria AND it’s amazing for your gut health🤰 1 cabbage 2 green apples (peeled 2 carrots (not peeled) Instructions 1. Thinly slice cabbage, shred apples and carrots. 2. Weigh veggies, then add 2% salt (the weight of your veg X 0.02 = the weigh of you salt in grams). In my case: 1100g X 0.02 = 22 g salt. 3. Massage 5 min, rest 30 min, massage 5-10 min. 4. Pack tightly into a clean jar; press down so brine covers veggies by 2–3 cm. If not enough, top with 2% salt brine (2 g salt per 100 g water). 5. Close with a lid; keep veggies submerged. If using a regular lid, burp daily. 6. Ferment in a dark, cool spot (18–22 °C). 7. After 2–3 days it should bubble; after ~1 week taste-test. 8. Move to fridge after 1 week or ferment 1–2 weeks longer for stronger flavor more good bacteria! 9. Keeps for months in the fridge.

Digital diary - ep 01 📖 So, I’m going through the most difficult time in my life. Trying to deal with trauma and grief at the same time. Going outside feels very overwhelming — Potentially meeting someone I know or just start crying in public is not the greatest feeling. But yesterday, my therapist told me I had to get out. I usually only share food content here, but right now, I just need a push. A reason to get off the couch, out of my own head, and actually do things. So this is me, getting out of the house, chasing any small dopamine hit I can get my hands on. Like shopping and coffee. And honestly, just getting ready, putting on a nice outfit, it did help a bit. Even if everything still feels like it doesn’t matter anymore. And while I do that, I figured I’d film it. Maybe turn this into a digital diary. Maybe it’ll bring some comfort to someone out there going through a tough time too. I don’t know. This is just a video. Maybe I’ll stop after this one, maybe I won’t. I guess we’ll see.

Inspo from @busezeynep, what did I do wrong?😭 Chocolate mousse (2 servings) 1 banana 1 cup (240 ml) plant milk 2 pinches sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 6 tbsp cacao powder 2 dates Blend, bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 min, refrigerate 5 hours and you get a mousse, or overnight and maybe you’ll get a cake?
