Because when bile isn’t flowing properly, the body can’t eliminate waste efficiently. Not from fear, but because quality and sourcing matter when it comes to your total toxic load. 1. Chocolate Many chocolate products test high in lead and cadmium, especially darker varieties (yes, even your 100% cacao and ceremonial cacao). 2. Rice Rice easily absorbs arsenic from soil and water, so choosing clean, tested brands makes a big difference. 3. Fish Both wild and farmed fish can accumulate mercury, microplastics, and other pollutants. Smaller fish and properly tested sources are key. 4. Conventional chicken & bone broth Often fed soy and corn, and can also test higher for certain contaminants depending on sourcing. 5. Many protein & greens powders A lot of these products contain heavy metals and fillers. Always check if the brand is third-party tested. This doesn’t mean you can never eat these again. It means being more intentional with frequency, sourcing, and quality. At the same time, make sure your body is supported, your drainage, minerals, liver and gut all play a role in how well you can handle exposures. Comment “PRACTITIONER” for info on my training 🤍 You followed the protocol exactly. The gut supplements, antimicrobials, binders, detox support. But instead of improving, your symptoms got worse. More fatigue, more sensitivity, worse sleep, more digestive issues. That’s not your body “detoxing better.” That’s your body being pushed past its capacity. Most protocols skip the foundation: • mineral status • nervous system regulation • drainage pathways So instead of supporting your system, they create more stress. Antimicrobials increase the load your body has to process Binders can pull out essential minerals Restrictive diets lower metabolic rate and stress tolerance Over time, this leads to deeper depletion and burnout. This is why so many people feel stuck or worse after doing “everything right.” The issue isn’t effort. It’s the order. You don’t start with aggressive protocols. Comment “REALIGNMENT” for info on my 3 month program 🤍 A year and a half ago, I thought I was just “burnt out” Low energy, poor sleep, overwhelmed… So I tried to fix it the way most people do: more supplements, more detox, pushing my body harder But nothing actually lasted Because burnout isn’t just about doing too much, it’s about a body that no longer has the capacity to keep up. When I ran my first HTMA, it all clicked: • Low minerals → no energy production • Imbalanced ratios → poor stress tolerance • Slow oxidation → feeling stuck, heavy, exhausted My body wasn’t “lazy”, it was depleted. And no amount of pushing, cleansing, or “biohacking” fixes that. Once I focused on rebuilding my body through mineral balancing + nervous system support: • energy became stable again • stress felt manageable • sleep improved • no more constant burnout cycles This is why I now approach burnout very differently with clients. Your body doesn’t just need the right supplements or detox, it also needs space. And that includes your nervous system + emotional expression. Comment “PREP” and I’ll send you the exact products we used here 🤍 This is part 2 of how we prepare the body for a liver flush. Before doing anything intense, we focus on getting bile flowing first. In this step we’re using a combination of: • Bitters (to stimulate bile release) • TUDCA (to support bile flow and movement) • Phosphatidylcholine (to support bile quality and liver function) The bitters activate receptors on the tongue which signal the body to release bile before a meal. And then TUDCA + phosphatidylcholine help support how that bile actually flows.
