ONE POT GREEN LASAGNE w/ @procookuk 💚 written recipe below 👇🏾 AD When making a good lasagne or doing any cooking, you need high quality equipment and ProCook’s Elite Tri-Ply stainless steel pan is perfect for searing, boiling and even roasting/baking in the oven so you can really do everything and their B Corp certification means it’s all kinder on the planet which is great too 🤝🏾 👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 -2 shallots -4 garlic cloves -handful basil -big handful spinach -1 cups frozen peas -2 cups veg stock (add more if necessary) -1/2 cup nutritional yeast -1/2 broccoli head -1 block smoked tofu -few lasagne sheets -1/2 cup soaked cashews -1 pack silken tofu -1/2 cup nutritional yeast -juice of 1 lemon -pinch salt n pepper Garnish with pine nuts + tomato + basil 👇🏾 method 👇🏾 -place the spinach, basil and peas in a bowl along with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Remove the greens and blend smooth with the stock, nutritional yeast and lemon juice and place in the fridge. -place the ProCook stainless steel pan on a medium/high heat, when water droplets bead on top of the pan it’s ready. Turn down the heat, wait a minute then add the oil to cover the whole of the base. -fry the minced onion and garlic until browning then add the finely diced broccoli, asparagus and tofu until they browning slightly too. -add the green sauce, broken lasagne sheets (add more for layers or less for soupy/saucy) then simmer to soften for 5 minutes. -garnish then place in a preheated oven @ 200° for 25-40 minutes. You can also finish off under the grill for a few minutes. -serve and enjoy! #recipe #food #cooking

We can take everyone’s favourite aromatic to the next level by slowly simmering it in olive oil until it turns buttery, soft and jammy and then turning it into this delicious dip 😋 The full written recipe is below but if you want more just like this then check out my ebook (in my bio), thank you for the support 🤲🏾❤️ 👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 -30/40 big cloves of garlic -1 large white onion (or shallot) -loads of olive oil (250mlish) @wearegoodphats -1/4 - 1/2 cup vg cream cheese @nushfoods -bunch of fresh herbs (chives/parsley) -1 lemon (juiced) -salt and pepper to taste -chilli flakes, fresh herbs and the garlic infused oil 👇🏾method👇🏾 -simmer the whole peeled cloves and the roughly diced onion in the olive oil close to lowest heat until them become soft and caramelised. -separate the oil (keep it and use as garnish for other dishes) then mash or blend then mix with the cream cheese, fresh herbs and lemon juice into a smooth paste/dip. -garnish and serve with bread, pasta or whatever you want to add a garlicky kick too and enjoy! ❤️ #garlic #dip #sauce #recipe #food
