BUTTER CHICK’N PIZZA 🍕 w/ @ninjakitchenuk 🤝🏾 written recipe below 👇🏾AD This butter chicken pizza combines two of the most popular dishes across the globe, cooked in the Ninja Artisan Oven, which; bakes, air fries and makes pizza so it’s all in one just like this dish 👍 👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 *tandoori tofu* -400g firm tofu -4 to 6 tbsp coconut yogurt -1 tsp garlic + ginger paste each -1 tbsp curry powder -1 tbsp tomato paste -juice of 1/2 lemon -pinch of salt *sauce* -1 large white onion -1 tsp garlic + ginger paste each -1 tbsp tomato paste -1 tbsp curry powder -1 tin chopped tomatoes -1/2 cup cashews -1 cup veg stock -few tbsp coconuts cream/yoghurt *pizza* -300g plain flour -80g semolina flout -2 tsp fast yeast -1 tsp sugar -1 tsp salt Fresh coriander, coconut cream and black onion seeds for garnish 👇🏾method👇🏾 -mix all of the dry ingredients for the pizza then add 250ml warm water and mix until just combined then transfer to a floured surface and knead for 10-15 minutes. Cover and rest for 1 hour. -break the tofu into large chunks then coat in the ingredients for the marinade, place onto skewers and then air fry in the Ninja Artisan Oven for 15-20 minutes @ 200°. Turning half way through. -fry the onion, garlic and ginger for a few minutes until soft then add the tomato paste and curry powder and fry until toasted and browning for around 10 minutes on medium heat. -add the stock, chopped tomatoes, cashews and coconut cream then simmer to combine for 10-15 minutes before blending smooth. -stretch out half of the dough, place a generous helping of the sauce and a good few chunks of the tofu and a couple of cubes of butter then place back in the Ninja Artisan oven on the pizza setting (300°+) for only a few minutes, garnish and your left with some delicious pizza. ONE POT GREEN LASAGNE w/ @procookuk 💚 written recipe below 👇🏾 AD When making a good lasagne or doing any cooking, you need high quality equipment and ProCook’s Elite Tri-Ply stainless steel pan is perfect for searing, boiling and even roasting/baking in the oven so you can really do everything and their B Corp certification means it’s all kinder on the planet which is great too 🤝🏾 👇🏾ingredients👇🏾 -2 shallots -4 garlic cloves -handful basil -big handful spinach -1 cups frozen peas -2 cups veg stock (add more if necessary) -1/2 cup nutritional yeast -1/2 broccoli head -1 block smoked tofu -few lasagne sheets -1/2 cup soaked cashews -1 pack silken tofu -1/2 cup nutritional yeast -juice of 1 lemon -pinch salt n pepper Garnish with pine nuts + tomato + basil 👇🏾 method 👇🏾 -place the spinach, basil and peas in a bowl along with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Remove the greens and blend smooth with the stock, nutritional yeast and lemon juice and place in the fridge. -place the ProCook stainless steel pan on a medium/high heat, when water droplets bead on top of the pan it’s ready. Turn down the heat, wait a minute then add the oil to cover the whole of the base. -fry the minced onion and garlic until browning then add the finely diced broccoli, asparagus and tofu until they browning slightly too. -add the green sauce, broken lasagne sheets (add more for layers or less for soupy/saucy) then simmer to soften for 5 minutes. -garnish then place in a preheated oven @ 200° for 25-40 minutes. You can also finish off under the grill for a few minutes. -serve and enjoy! #recipe #food #cooking
