Stir fry 😮‍💨 Heres how you can stir fry anything: - thinly slice and velvet meat of your choice (chicken, beef, pork, etc) - i like to use soy, dark soy, baking soda, sugar, msg, shaoxing cooking wine, and a bit of corn starch and water - make a sauce ^ pretty much the same ingredients as the marinade from above minus baking soda and more water - stir fry your meat til browned and take it out - fry up some aromatics like garlic and ginger - then put in chopped veggies to stir fry for a quick second - i like using peppers, onions and things that are easy to chop - put the meat back in, pour in some sauce - stir fry - enjoy Thanks for watching :) this edit took my soul out of me lol

Laziji 🥵 is a famous spicy chicken dish from sichuan With so many peppers, you have to dig for the addictive bites of chicken while you drink and yap with your friends. Here’s how you can make it: - cut up some dried chilis of your choice - deseed them by shaking them in a colander - soak them in some hard liquor to bring out fragrance - velvet your chicken with soy, dark soy, sugar, msg, shaoxing cooking wine, sugar, and a bit of cornstarch, white pepper - deep fry or stir fry your chicken and strain for later - toast your chili peppers, sliced ginger, garlic, and sichuan peppercorns - add in your chicken and some chopped green onions - season to taste - serve - dont die from the spice Thanks for watching :) comment ‘chili’ if u actually read this lol

mapo tofu my favourite all time😮‍💨 here’s how you can make it: - simmer soft tofu for a min to firm it up - toast and grind some sichuan peppercorn - brown some mince beef - add in spicy chilis, minced ginger, garlic, green onion - add in doubanjiang - fry for a bit - deglaze with chinese cooking wine and stock of your choice (or water) - season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, peppercorn oil, a bit of Chinese black vinegar - thicken with cornstarch slurry - add in tofu - gentttlyyyy mix it in for a bit - top with chili oil - enjoy :)
