@Gymshark 🦈 Code LEOB10 Even though I don’t have a good upper back machine available, upper back is still my strongest area when it comes to back development — mainly because of this exercise. Set the bench to 40 degrees and focus on the stretch. It’s more of a shrugging movement. Ad #naturalphysique #gymshark

@gymshark 🦈 Code LEOB10 If I don’t want to spend much time setting up, I always go back to this exercise. Set the bench to 70 degrees. Try to bring your elbows up and imagine pouring out a water bottle. That’s still the best cue for me when it comes to targeting the side delts. Ad #naturalphysique #gymshark
@gymshark 🦈 Gode LEOB10 My favorite exercise for rear delts at the moment. Bro, if you aren’t doing your reverse flys one arm at a time, you’re leaving half the ROM out. Imagine your muscle fibers stretching all the way. Set the cable around head height and do 4 sets. Rear delts can handle that volume. Ad #naturalphysique #gymshark

My number one for hitting delts. Did you know that overhead presses also hit a lot of side delts? I think doing them with free weights also engages the entire shoulder more. @gymshark 🦈 Code LEOB10 Ad #naturalphysique #gymshark
