💔 November 3, 2024 was the hardest day of my life. After a 15-month battle with ovarian cancer, my mom peacefully entered into heaven. My heart is completely broken but I feel a sense of relief knowing she is resting in a much better place. No words will ever be able to describe how thoughtful, loving, caring, selfless, generous, sincere and strong she was. She always prioritized helping others and she found so much joy in making everyone around her feel special. She had such a strong faith and never gave up hope. She chose to live a life of holiness, despite the many crosses she had to bear. She truly was a saint on this earth and now she is my guardian angel in heaven. Mom, I miss you, I love you and I promise to continue living a life that will always make you proud. I am the luckiest daughter in the world to have you as my mother and I know you will always be by my side. 🪽✨

two just felt right 😉 PB Banana Crunch Cakes ✨🍌🍫🥜 You’ll need: 2 rice cakes dark chocolate chips flaky salt hemp seeds peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) banana coins raw honey crushed walnuts 1. Drizzle melted dark chocolate in the shape of a circle onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. 2. Sprinkle flaky salt and hemp seeds over the chocolate. 3. Press the rice cakes on top. 4. Freeze for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate is set. 5. Flip the cakes and spread with creamy peanut butter. 6. Add banana coins, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with crushed walnuts - or any favorite toppings. craving conquered 🤭 Chocolate Pistachio Grape Bark 🍇🍫💚 You’ll need: 2 cups grapes, washed and patted dry ½ cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate) ¼ cup crushed pistachios 1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the red and green grapes in a single layer. 2. Using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth. 3. Spoon or drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over the grapes. 4. Sprinkle crushed pistachios over the chocolate-coated grapes. 5. Place the tray in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is firm. 6. Remove from the freezer and slice into bark-like pieces.
