🕊️✨On October 14, 2025, my dad peacefully went home to be with the Lord. Although this is so incredibly difficult for me to accept, I am grateful he is reunited in heaven with my mom, my brother, and other loved ones who went before him. For over a decade, my dad had been courageously living with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), a rare form of dementia that affects the areas of the brain responsible for behavior, personality, and language. Despite its challenges, he faced each day with strength, and the love he had for his family continued to shine through. His laugh was contagious, his personality was unmatched, and his work ethic was deeply rooted in dedication and an unstoppable will to succeed. He taught me to be resilient and independent, encouraged me to stand firm in my values, and instilled in me the perseverance to see things through. Dad, you have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith. I love you, and I’ll carry your name forward by helping others understand what you so bravely lived through. To anyone walking a similar road, please know you’re not alone. My heart and encouragement are with you 💛
The real taste the rainbow 🌈😊 Just fruit, citrus, and honey — simple, fresh, and full of color ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 . . . . #fruitsalads #dessertsalad #fruitlove #fruitlovers #naturescandy
💔 November 3, 2024 was the hardest day of my life. After a 15-month battle with ovarian cancer, my mom peacefully entered into heaven. My heart is completely broken but I feel a sense of relief knowing she is resting in a much better place. No words will ever be able to describe how thoughtful, loving, caring, selfless, generous, sincere and strong she was. She always prioritized helping others and she found so much joy in making everyone around her feel special. She had such a strong faith and never gave up hope. She chose to live a life of holiness, despite the many crosses she had to bear. She truly was a saint on this earth and now she is my guardian angel in heaven. Mom, I miss you, I love you and I promise to continue living a life that will always make you proud. I am the luckiest daughter in the world to have you as my mother and I know you will always be by my side. 🪽✨

THE POWER OF REBOUNDING ✨ When my mom was going through her cancer journey, I learned about rebounding and thought it could be something gentle and healing for her. My brother and I bought her this trampoline, but she never got the chance to use it because of the pain caused by fluid buildup (ascites) in her abdomen. After she passed, I felt drawn to it myself and began using it as part of my morning routine. It quickly became one of my favorite ways to move because it helps with circulation, lymphatic flow, and overall vitality. NASA even conducted a study showing how effective rebounding is compared to other forms of exercise. So what exactly is rebounding? It’s simply bouncing on a mini trampoline. Each jump increases the gravitational force on your body for a moment, which gives every cell a healthy workout. It activates the lymphatic system, supports detoxification, strengthens bones and muscles, and gets blood flowing more efficiently. My practice usually looks like this: I’ll warm up with a couple of minutes of light bouncing where my feet stay on the mat, then move into 7–10 minutes of fun, energizing moves like high knees, jumping jacks, twisting, or even bouncing on one leg. Altogether I aim for 10–15 minutes, and whenever the weather allows, I love taking the rebounder outside for fresh air and sunshine. The best part is that it’s adaptable for everyone. If you can’t jump yet, you can still get the benefits by gently bouncing without leaving the mat, or even sitting on the rebounder and creating a light bounce until you’re ready to progress 💛 . . . . #rebounding #reboundingfitness #reboundingbenefits #minitrampoline #minitrampolineworkout
