i’ve been seeing bone broth pasta everywhere lately so i had to try it....and wow it did not disappoint. The noodles soak up all that flavor, they get soft and tender and it’s such an easy way to add a little extra protein without doing anything at all. comment CHEESE and i’ll send the you full recipe on my blog. and don’t forget to SAVE this one and TAG me when you try it! https://lovelydelites.com/15-minute-bone-broth-mac-and-cheese/ 8 oz ditalini pasta 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp butter 1 small shallot (finely minced) 3 cloves garlic (minced) 2½ cups bone broth (plus more as needed) ½ cup heavy cream 1 tsp lemon juice ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese Salt and black pepper (to taste) Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shallot and cook until soft, then stir in garlic. Add ditalini and bone broth, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook uncovered, stirring often, until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed. Lower heat and stir in cream and lemon juice, then mix in parmesan and cheddar until smooth and creamy. Season to taste, let thicken for a minute, and serve warm with extra parmesan or black pepper. #macandcheese #bonebroth #bonebrothpasta #proteinmacandcheese

PROTEIN PACKED WAFFLE FLIGHT 🧇 // If you’ve got @eatevergreen waffles in your freezer, this is your sign to turn them into an easy, elevated protein moment. I used their thick and fluffy waffles — blueberry, chocolate, and classic — then layered each one with my signature cheesecake base and fresh fruit for an extra protein boost. I love that @eatevergreen waffles are a ready-to-use base when you don’t want to overthink a meal. You can make them sweet or savory, enjoy for breakfast or a snack, orrrr you can build something filling within minutes like I did here. they’re made with whole grains, hidden veggies, and sweetened with maple syrup, it’s one of those realistic meals my fiance and I will eat (and soon baby will join us too!) cheesecake base: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla flavor preferred). blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy. add into a piping bag and pipe on toasted waffles. I topped mine with fresh fruit and then dusted one with cacao powder for a tiramisu twist! SO GOOD! SAVE and TAG me when you try!!

ONE SKILLET 30 MINUTE CHICKEN AND ORZO WITH @fourthandheart //  This is one of those weeknight dinners that starts simple and ends up being way better than expected. I start it with ghee, which is basically butter that’s been gently cooked down and works as a 1:1 substitute for butter,  perfect for everyday cooking, especially when you’re working at higher heat. Everything comes together in one skillet, the tomatoes melt into the orzo, and the ghee adds that rich, slightly nutty flavor that makes this feel extra comforting without trying too hard. #MadeWith4thandHeart #4thAndHeartPartner Ingredients:
2½ tbsp 4th & Heart ghee, 4–5 bone-in chicken legs, salt + pepper, 4–5 tomatoes, 3 cloves garlic, ½ small onion (optional), 1 cup orzo, 2½–3 cups chicken broth, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (optional), ¼–½ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup parmesan, fresh basil. How to Make:
Sear chicken in 2 tbsp ghee until golden; remove. Simmer tomatoes with remaining ghee until soft, remove skins, and smash. Stir in garlic, onion, orzo, broth, heavy cream and seasonings. Made with almond flour and finished with a simple vanilla glaze, they’re easy to prep ahead and bake whenever the craving hits 😋 comment RECIPE & I’ll send you the details, or you can visit my blog https://lovelydelites.com/gluten-free-cinnamon-roll-cookies-with-almond-flour/ Cookie Dough • 1⅓ cups almond flour • ¼ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour • ½ tsp baking powder • ¼ tsp salt • ⅓ cup coconut oil, softened • ¼ cup cane sugar • 1 large egg, room temp • 1 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon Filling • ½ cup light brown sugar, lightly packed • ¼ cup coconut oil, softened • 1½ tbsp cinnamon • Pinch of salt Icing • ¼ cup powdered sugar • 1–2 tsp milk or water • ¼ tsp vanilla extract Instructions 1 Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. 2 Make dough: Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl. In another, mix coconut oil and sugar, then whisk in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until a soft, rollable dough forms. 3 Roll + fill: Roll dough into an 8×8-inch rectangle (¼-inch thick) on parchment. Freeze 5 minutes. Mix filling ingredients, spread evenly over dough, leaving ½ inch at the top. 4 Slice: Roll into a log, slice into ½-inch cookies, and place 1 inch apart on baking sheet. 5 Bake: Bake 16–20 minutes until set.
