Moonsick Gang‘s practice resists definitive narratives, focusing instead on exploring the process itself, culminating in works imbued with latent potential. His creations transcend conventional rules and structures, fostering an amorphous and fluid continuity that invites new possibilities. 🪖생존을 위한 마이크로 더플백 𝙼𝚒𝚌𝚛𝚘 𝙳𝚞𝚏𝚏𝚕𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚂𝚞𝚛𝚟𝚒𝚟𝚊𝚕 아트선재센터는 생존을 위한 마이크로 더플백을 출시합니다. 전장에서 장비를 실어 나르던 더플백을 일상의 생존 물품을 담는 크기로 축소한 이번 굿즈는 아트선재센터의 30주년을 기념해 기획·제작되었습니다. 생산 플랫폼 포크(@forkkrof)의 기어 시리즈 중 하나로, 이인우와 강문식이 군장의 요소를 현대적 오브제로 재구성해 구조와 형태를 만들고, 그 위에 가상 공간에 남겨진 잔상과 왜곡된 신호를 불러내 디지털 카모 그래픽을 생성하였습니다. 아일렛과 로프 등 더플백의 군장 디테일을 유지하면서도 크기와 위치, 사용 방식을 재해석한 마이크로 더플백은 정글 클로스로 제작되었으며, 끈 조절과 매듭을 통해 형태를 자유롭게 연출할 수 있습니다. 아트선재센터 온/오프라인 스토어에서 만나보세요 (: Art Sonje Center releases a 𝙼𝚒𝚌𝚛𝚘 𝙳𝚞𝚏𝚏𝚕𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚂𝚞𝚛𝚟𝚒𝚟𝚊𝚕. Inspired by the duffel bag once used to carry equipment on the battlefield, this merchandise has been scaled down to hold everyday survival essentials, and has been produced to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Art Sonje Center. As part of @forkkrof‘s Gear Series, Inwoo Lee and Moonsick Gang reconfigured elements of military gear into a contemporary object, constructing its structure and form. On this, they generated a digital camo graphic by evoking afterimages and distorted signals left behind in virtual space. Retaining military details of the duffel bag such as eyelets and ropes, this merchandise reinterprets their scale, placement, and function. Made with jungle cloth, the bag’s form can be freely adjusted with its drawstring. While the original storyline is preserved, the artwork and interpretation are left completely open.
