Cheesy zucchini waffles 🧇 Perfect for babies and toddlers and just so easy to make! The recipe is on my website! Comment WAFFLE for the recipe or find it below ⬇️ 1 small zucchini, grated (about 1 cup) 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder Grate your zucchini using a fine grater. If it’s very watery, gently press or squeeze out a bit of the excess moisture using a clean towel or paper towels. In a bowl, combine grated zucchini, egg, milk, cheese, flour, and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Spoon a few tablespoons of batter into the center of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for about 3–4 minutes or until golden and crisp on the outside.

Easy lunch prep for kids! I love having easy lunches already ready for my kids for the week! Here are some that are easy and yummy to prep: Mini Pizzas: Preheat oven to 350 F On mini naan bread add pizza sauce, cheese and whatever toppings you want. Cook for 5-10 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts. Pasta Salad: This one doesn’t really have a recipe! Just cook pasta, add whatever you like (I added peas, mozzarella pearls, mini pepperoni) Drizzle olive oil and mix it all together Egg Bites: Preheat oven to 350 F In a bowl mix together 4 eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and whatever veggie you want. Add to mini muffin pan and cook for 15 minutes.
