That colour 💚 Wild garlic oil — the simplest upgrade for any dish. It’s wild garlic season right now, whether you’re foraging or grabbing it from the supermarket. You’ll need: 100g wild garlic leaves 200ml neutral oil (sunflower or rapeseed) Method: Blanch for 2 minutes → ice bath → dry well → blend with oil → strain through muslin. The perfect bite: savory tuna wrapped in cozy 🤤 @groovyfoodiess INGREDIENTS 1½ cups cooked white rice 2 (5.29-ounce) cans tuna 3 scallions, sliced 3 tablespoons seasoned seaweed snack 3 tablespoons kewpie mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Sriracha 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste PREPARATION 1. Place the cooked rice, tuna, scallions, seasoned seaweed, mayo, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Stir together using a spatula until all the components are combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Using your hands, mold the rice mixture into a ball, and serve with extra @kewpie!
