Guys, I wrote a book 📕 🥹 Where do I start? This book was actually released a year ago whilst I was in hospital. So unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy it one bit. RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 In the words of Mother Bowl “this is the tastiest bread I’ve EVER eaten” and she doesn’t even like chocolate! Just 4 ingredients Prepped in minutes SO SO TASTY! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️3 cups self-raising flour ▪️450g yoghurt ▪️1 tbsp cocoa powder ▪️100g dates, chopped ▪️100g chocolate chunks (optional) Topping: egg wash, chopped hazelnuts (optional) METHOD ▪️In a large bowl mix together the flour and yoghurt until it becomes a dough. ▪️If too wet slowly add more flour, if it dry slowly add more yoghurt ▪️Make into a dome shape and brush with egg wash. ▪️Sprinkle over some hazelnuts ▪️Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the centre. #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes #recipe

RECIPE BELOW 👇🏽 Kick off your week by making these delicious carrot cake baked oats. It’s a great recipe to help with your meal prep, as you’ll have a healthy snack for the week ahead. Plus you only need 6 ingredients, one dish and 5 minutes for prepping! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1 cup oats ▪️1 cup of oat flour (just blend 1 cup of oats) ▪️2 ripe bananas, mashed ▪️1 carrot, grated ▪️2 tsp cinnamon ▪️1 tsp baking powder ▪️1 cup milk ▪️1/2 cup pecans, chopped (optional) Topping: vanilla yogurt and pistachios METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 180c ▪️In a prepared oven proof dish, add in all the ingredients apart from the toppings. If you prefer sweet, can add some maple syrup ▪️Mix well and spread evenly ▪️Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ▪️Once cooled add toppings #healthyrecipes #recipe

Enjoy 😋 DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️400g cauliflower ▪️1 tsp chilli oil ▪️Large handful of peas ▪️200g asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2cm lengths ▪️1/4 small red onion, finely sliced ▪️4 eggs, whisked and seasoned with salt, pepper ▪️100ml milk ▪️Handful of cheese METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 200c ▪️Steam your cauliflower until soft ▪️Drain it well, and gently squeeze the cauliflower in a clean tea towel to drain any excess water ▪️In a prepared loaf tin, add your cauliflower. Use the back of a glass to mash the cauliflower, and cover the dish evenly. ▪️Brush the cauliflower with some chilli oil ▪️Roast for 20 minutes ▪️Then add your veggies of choice ▪️Pour over whisked eggs evenly ▪️Sprinkle over cheese ▪️Bake for 20 minutes or until you have a golden crispy top ▪️Serve with a hearty salad or enjoy as it is! #healthyrecipes #recipe

DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1 wrap, sliced into quarters ▪️3 eggs seasoned with chopped coriander, pinch of cumin, salt and pepper ▪️Filling: cheese, mashed avocado and tomato METHOD ▪️Heat a little oil in a pan, add your wrap quarters ▪️Pour over whisked eggs ▪️Cook for a few minutes until the egg is nearly cooked and then add your toppings ▪️Flip over the wrap and cook for a further few minutes until cheese has melted and egg is cooked. #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes

DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1/2 cucumber, chopped ▪️1 and 1/2 peppers, chopped ▪️1 red onion, chopped ▪️860g chickpeas ▪️250g halloumi, cubed ▪️350g mixture of cooked Cous Cous and quinoa ▪️3 large handfuls of spinach, chopped ▪️6 tbsp of mixed seeds Dressing: for each jar 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper, 1 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tsp garlic powder METHOD ▪️Heat some oil in a pan over medium to high heat. Add your chopped halloumi and fry on each side for a few minutes until golden. ▪️ In each jar mix in your dressing ingredients ▪️Then divide all of the salad ingredients between the three jars. ▪️Refrigerate up to 3-4 days #salad #healthyrecipes #recipe

DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️150g dark chocolate, melted ▪️Mango, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, apple, finely chopped ▪️1 tbsp of chopped mint ▪️Juice of 1 lime METHOD ▪️On a prepared tray pour about 1 tbsp of chocolate and spread into a disc shape. ▪️Repeat until your chocolate has finished. Then refrigerate to set ▪️Finely chop all your salad, add some mint leaves, squeeze some lime over it and mix well. #healthyrecipes #recipe
