Guys, I wrote a book 📕 🥹 Where do I start? This book was actually released a year ago whilst I was in hospital. So unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy it one bit. RECIPE BELOW 👇🏽 It really does not get any easier than this… ✅ 6 ingredients ✅ Vegan ✅ Ready in 20 minutes ✅ They taste exquisite!! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1 apple, grated ▪️1 tsp cinnamon ▪️3/4 cup oats ▪️1/4 cup oat flour ▪️1/4 cup Maple syrup ▪️1/2 cup peanut butter ▪️1 tsp baking powder Optional: Handful of chocolate chips METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 180c ▪️In a prepared loaf tin, mix all the above ingredients together until well combined ▪️Spread evenly and top with chocolate chips (optional) ▪️Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes #healthysnacks
RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 I am obsessed with this viral tiramisu recipe, as it literally takes 5 minutes to whip up. It’s great for when you’re craving a sweet treat but can’t be bothered to bake! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️4 rice cakes ▪️1 cup brewed coffee ▪️8 tbsp yoghurt (I used vanilla Greek) ▪️1 scoop of protein powder (optional) ▪️1 tbsp maple syrup ▪️Cocoa powder for dusting METHOD ▪️Mix together the yoghurt, maple syrup and protein powder. ▪️Dip each rice cake in the coffee for a few seconds. Repeat with all the rice cakes ▪️Spread 2 tbsp of the yoghurt mixture on to the rice cake, and then repeat to get a stack. Dust with cocoa powder ▪️Can eat straight away or refrigerate for an hour for maximum flavour #snack #healthyrecipes #quickrecipes #recipe

Mix until just combined ▪️Pour into a prepared baking tin. Mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over the cake mixture. DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1 broccoli crown, cut into florets ▪️1 tbsp of olive oil ▪️Seasoning of your choice - salt/pepper/paprika/chilli flakes ▪️1/2 red pepper, chopped ▪️Large handful of sweetcorn ▪️3 eggs, whisked ▪️Handful of grated Mozarella METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 180c ▪️Boil your broccoli until fork tender ▪️To a greased/lined dish, add your broccoli, and gently smash with the back of a mug so you cover the base evenly. ▪️Drizzle over some oil and then season. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until incorporated. ▪️Pour into a prepared loaf tin. RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 You NEED to make this super easy snack recipe now!! 7 ingredients No baking involved SO EASY SO delish INGREDIENTS ▪️1/3 cup maple syrup ▪️3 tbsp coconut oil ▪️1/2 cup peanut butter ▪️1 1/2 cup oats ▪️1 1/2 cup oat flour ▪️1 cup strawberries ▪️1 tbsp maple syrup ▪️1 tbsp chia seeds METHOD ▪️Grease or line a baking tin ▪️Over medium heat, add the strawberries, chia seeds, and maple syrup to the pan. ▪️Bring to boil on medium high and then turn down heat to medium low to allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir every few minutes and slightly mash the strawberries. ▪️In a bowl mix all the remaining ingredients together. The mixture should hold together. If too dry slowly add more peanut butter. If too wet, add more oat flour slowly. ▪️Reserve about a 1/4 cup of the mixture (for the topping) ▪️Pour the remaining mixture into a baking tin and use your fingers to really press it together. ▪️Pour over the strawberry mixture, spread evenly. ▪️Crumble on the remaining oat mixture ▪️Refrigerate until set #oats #healthyrecipes #healthysnacks #easysnacks #recipe
