Guys, I wrote a book 📕 🥹⁣ ⁣ Where do I start? This book was actually released a year ago whilst I was in hospital. So unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy it one bit. ⁣ ⁣ But now, I’m back in action I really want the world to know that I WROTE A COOK BOOK 😆 👩🏽‍🍳 📕 ⁣ ⁣ If you’re looking for a book packed full of quick, easy, and healthy recipes, then this book is for you. RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 Please please make this recipe as these date coconut cookies are INSANELY tasty! Just 4 ingredients Gluten free and vegan SO easy Enjoy! DB x ▪️7 medjool dates ▪️1/2 cup of warm milk ▪️1 and 1/2 cups of desiccated coconut ▪️1 tsp baking powder Chocolate chips (optional) METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 180c ▪️Add your dates to a bowl, along with the warm milk. Mash until you get a fairly smooth paste (some chunks is ok) ▪️Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. ▪️Add one tbsp of the mixture to a prepared baking tray and form into a cookie shape. Repeat with remaining batter ▪️Bake for 10-13 minutes #easyrecipes #healthyrecipes #recipe

RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 My dense bean salad that’s PACKED full of fibre and protein, and all the good stuff… ✅Great for meal prep as it doesn’t get SOGGY ✅So easy to make Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️200g cous cous ▪️150g quinoa ▪️400g chickpeas ▪️400g red kidney beans ▪️200g edamame ▪️200g sweetcorn ▪️1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed ▪️1 red onion ▪️1 red pepper ▪️1 yellow pepper ▪️Large handful of coriander ▪️2 tbsp pumpkin seeds Dressing: 4 tbsp yoghurt, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste METHOD ▪️Roast your sweet potato for 30-40 minutes 180c ▪️Cook Cous Cous and quinoa as per packet instructions ▪️Finely chop all your salad. Rinse and drain your beans ▪️Make your dressing by mixing the ingredients together ▪️Add all the salad to the bowl and mix in the dressing #salad #healthyrecipes #recipe

RECIPE BELOW 👇🏽 Ok so these actually taste like Bounty bars. But they are much healthier, gluten free and vegan 💚 And I guarantee once you make them, they will become your staple snack! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️200g desiccated coconut ▪️1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, use the thick part ▪️2 tbsp maple syrup ▪️200g dark chocolate, melted METHOD ▪️In a large bowl mix the desiccated coconut, coconut milk and maple syrup together ▪️If it’s too wet, slowly add more desiccated coconut. ▪️Shape the mixture into small logs and arrange them on a baking tray covered with parchment. Pop in freezer for 10-15 min. In the meantime melt the chocolate in the microwave. �▪️Dip each bounty bar into melted chocolate and arrange onto a lined baking tray ▪️Refrigerate until set. #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes #vegan

RECIPE BELOW 👇🏽 In the words of Mr Bowl “this is the best potato salad I’ve ever eaten”. It’s creamy without the cream, it’s healthier than your usual potato salad plus, it’s vegan. Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️750g baby potatoes ▪️1 small red onion or spring onions, diced ▪️1/2 cucumber, diced Dressing: ▪️5 tbsp vegan yoghurt ▪️2 tbsp mayonnaise ▪️Handful of herbs, I used coriander but you could use chives/tarragon/dill, finely chopped ▪️4 cloves of garlic, minced ▪️Salt and pepper to taste METHOD ▪️Boil your baby potatoes until fork tender ▪️Preheat oven or air fryer to 190c ▪️On a prepared baking tray, add your potatoes. ▪️Smash your potatoes with a back of a glass. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well. ▪️Roast in oven for 30-40 minutes until crispy or air fry for 20 minutes ▪️Whilst potatoes are cooking, mix all the dressing ingredients together. Then add in your cucumber and red onion. ▪️Once the potatoes are cooled, add them to the bowl. Mix well until all potatoes are coated well. #potatoes #healthyrecipes #recipe

RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 My new favourite lunch and it is mega. You need a handful of ingredients and it’s ready in 30 minutes! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️2 sweet potatoes ▪️1 cup of chopped broccoli ▪️1/2 cup peas ▪️1/4 red onion, sliced ▪️3 eggs, whisked - seasoned with salt, pepper, chilli flakes (whatever you like) ▪️Handful of cheese METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 180c ▪️Cook your sweet potato until soft - microwave/roast/air fry ▪️In a prepared 9 inch dish, smash your sweet potato so it covers the base ▪️Add your veggies and pour over the egg. Sprinkle over the cheese ▪️Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown #healthyrecipes #lunch #recipe

FULL RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 Introducing my super easy carrot cake banana bread and the newest member of the bowl family 👶🏽 Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️3 bananas, mashed ▪️1/4 cup maple syrup ▪️1/4 cup coconut oil ▪️2 eggs ▪️1 and 1/2 cups self-raising flour ▪️1 tsp cinnamon Topping: 3 tbsp vanilla yoghurt mixed with 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp cinnamon. Handful of chopped pecans. METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 180c ▪️In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together ▪️Pour into a prepared loaf tin ▪️Bake for 45-50 minutes ▪️Once cooled spread the topping and sprinkle over some chopped pecans. #recipe #healthyrecipes #cake

RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 Introducing you to my new favourite banana bread…Pistachios!! It’s incredibly easy to make and it tastes INSANE! Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️3 bananas, mashed ▪️1/4 cup maple syrup ▪️1/3 cup coconut oil ▪️2 eggs ▪️1 and 1/2 cups self-raising flour ▪️3 tbsp pistachio butter ▪️1/3 cup chopped pistachios ▪️Chocolate chips METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 180c ▪️In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients apart from the pistachio butter, and reserve a handful of pistachios and chocolate chips for topping. ▪️Pour into a prepared loaf tin ▪️Pour 3 dollops of pistachio butter and use a knife to make a swirl pattern ▪️Top with more chocolate chips and pistachios ▪️Bake for 45-50 minutes #healthyrecipes #easyrecipe #recipe

RECIPE BELOW👇🏽 If you have leftover rice then you NEED to make this viral recipe. Basically it’s an egg fried rice sandwich, and it tastes sensational. You should go make it now. Enjoy! DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1 tbsp chilli oil ▪️1 tbsp soy sauce ▪️1 tsp sesame seeds ▪️200g rice ▪️3 eggs, whisked and seasoned ▪️1 spring onion, chopped ▪️Handful of chopped broccoli ▪️Handful of cheese METHOD ▪️Over medium heat, add chilli oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and your rice to a frying pan. Mix well ▪️Spread evenly. Cook for a few minutes. ▪️Pour over egg and then add spring onions, broccoli and cheese ▪️Cover the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes ▪️Once the egg is cooked, fold in half and enjoy #lunch #healthyrecipes #recipe

DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️1 sweet potato ▪️1 tbsp peanut butter ▪️1 tbsp cocoa powder ▪️1 tbsp maple syrup ▪️1/2 tsp baking powder ▪️Handful of chocolate chips METHOD ▪️Preheat oven 180c ▪️Roast/air fry/microwave your sweet potato until soft ▪️Slice open sweet potato once it’s cooled, and mash the inside. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. ▪️Top with more chocolate chips and bake for 20 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes #easyrecipes #recipe #healthyrecipes
