Recipe: 5 bone-in chicken thighs, fat trimmed 1 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp thyme 2 tsp herbs de Provence 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tsp sea salt (to taste) 1 tsp black pepper (to taste) 8 oz cherry tomatoes 1 large zucchini, chopped 2 red or yellow potatoes, chopped (peeled optional) 2 tbsp olive oil Instructions In a large bowl, combine the chicken and chopped veggies. Ingredients 2 pints vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup prepared brownies 1/2 cup prepared cookie dough 5 Oreo cookies, crushed or whole Instructions Add the vanilla ice cream, brownies, cookie dough, and Oreo cookies to a stand mixer bowl. Mix on low speed until everything is combined and the texture resembles soft serve. Serve immediately and enjoy! Tips The longer you mix, the more the brownies, cookie dough, and Oreos will break down into the ice cream.

Perfect for breakfast, meal prep, suhoor or an after Iftar dessert that’s sweet but still nourishing ✨ Be sure to Save this for later! Ingredients • 1/3 cup chia seeds • 1 (14 oz) can light coconut milk • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy) • 1 cup mango juice • Maple syrup or honey, to taste • 1 cup sliced strawberries • 1 cup blackberries • 1 cup blueberries • 1 cup raspberries • 1 cup diced mango Instructions Prepare the chia base: In a large bowl, whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk, milk of choice, and mango juice. Add 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (or to taste). Stir well so the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Recipe Whipped Cottage Cheese 16 oz cottage cheese 1/4 cup feta cheese 2 tablespoons olive oil Marinated Tomatoes 2 cups baby tomatoes, quartered 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Instructions Add cottage cheese, feta, and olive oil to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine tomatoes, parsley, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Gently mix and let sit for 15 minutes to marinate. Ingredients Custard: • 6 large eggs • 1/2 cup heavy cream • 1/2 cup milk • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided) • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp kosher salt • 1 tbsp vanilla extract Filling: • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp • 2 tbsp powdered sugar • 1/2 cup diced strawberries • 1/2 cup blueberries • 1/2 cup raspberries Base: • 7–8 large croissants Instructions 1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla until just combined. 2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the berries. 3. Slice croissants down the center to create a pocket. Fill each with 2–3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture. 4. Dip croissants into the custard and arrange in a greased 9×13 baking dish. 5. Pour remaining custard over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 6.
