My UPDATED de puff lymphatic drainage routine that SAVES me (on holiday or not!) If you know me, you know how much I preach anti inflammatory living and THIS is one of my TOP HACKS - and only take a few mins in the morning! ✨✨#lymphaticdrainagemassage #inflammation #travel #antiinflammatory #antiinflammatorydiet #endobelly #debloat #bloating
The 30 Day RESET ⬇️ Anti-inflammatory living has transformed my life. No more extreme, painful bloating, heavy periods, extreme acne, or mood swings. My cycle is regular, my endometriosis symptoms are non-existent… and yes, I lost over 16 lbs too - and kept it off for 2 years. HOW? 6 anti-inflammatory habits that I do (almost) every day. Hitting RESET on my life was the best decision I ever made, and I want to help you hit RESET too. So - I’ve created 3 resets for you to pick from: Gentle, Core, and All-In. Each one is transformative, so pick the one that feels right for you. You can always start with the Gentle and work your way up… or if you’re an ALL-IN kind of person, then the All-In is for you! Either way - I challenge you to focus on YOU for 30 days. 6 habits - every day… and after the 30 days? This will be your new routine. Because 2026 is the year we build sustainable challenges and resets into our daily routine, creating a lifestyle change that lasts! P.S. I have a book that goes DEEP into this reset, hormones, and inflammation - as well as 80+ anti-inflammatory recipes to make this the easiest reset of your life! Comment “CHANGE” and I’ll send you the link. I start my reset on January 5th - who’s with me? Let me know in the comments and tell me which reset you’re doing!! Make sure to join my broadcast channel for DAILY support and motivation from me for free - just go to my profile and click Join (and hit follow if you aren’t already!) PART 2: FULL GLAM FOR THE BRITS!! AHHH cannot believe how magical this whole experience was! I have such horrific anxiety about getting my makeup done because I have this fear that MUA’s just wont want to touch my skin?! But ate at the @charlottetilbury counter was just a dream and nailed the ‘Hollywood’ glam make up brief! Lewis (the hair king x) made my Margot Robbie dreams come true (or as close as my hair will ever get to that sensational woman), and I felt FULLY glam for the first time in my life. How insane would it be to have a full glam squad 24/7?!?!?! What a dream that would be!! ANYWAY …ill post part 3 this evening because AHHH I have so much to show you!! @brits with @meta @raybanmeta
GWRM for the @brits ?! What the helly?! I CANNOT WAIT. I’m also a super fan of everyone going so - I’ll try and lock in my excitement and not embarrass myself too much, but I make no promises 😅 Just bloody pinch me - maybe the year of the horse is here after all? It’s still early to be jinxing myself like this 😭🤣 Can’t wait to show you my makeup and outfit - follow along for part 2 because you’re coming with me all dayyyyyyyy @Meta @raybanmeta
February fails I wasn’t ready for… Because why does the year of the fire horse feel a lot more fire than horse haha… 1. Period was a week late. Not dramatic, but the funky moods brought a lot of drama x. Ever since discovering the anflam life (a term coined by one of you lovely ladies and I’m obsessed) I haven’t really struggled with mood swings, so this felt like a hormonal plot twist I did not order. Chaotic schedule plus no routine = humbled…so New York next month…I’ll come into that. 2. The house fell through. Then came back. Then got delayed again because of forms that might as well be written in hieroglyphics. We were meant to move Monday and now we have no idea if it is even happening. I find not knowing where my base is so unsettling and I am just over the limbo!!! 3. I am irritable - A solid 70 percent of the time I am annoyed at something. Classic sign the bucket is overflowing and she needs to slow down 🚩 4. I cancelled my NYC trip. This one is a sad one…but Book events and wedding dress shopping postponed because my whoop scores and late period were screaming slow down. So flights cancelled and praying March is spent nestling into our new home - can we manifest as a collective? But truly, none of it is “bad” It is all happening because of good things. Work I love. A house we are lucky to even look at. The NHS showing up for my mum when we needed it most - what a dream?! How lucky?! It is only February and March is our reset month anyway (or so I hear!!) I am manifesting a magical, soft, settled March. And how fab that it is Endo Awareness Month too ?! My favourite month!!!

AD Periods can make you feel a little… off. Low energy, low mood, and for me even my hair just feels flat. I always notice I’m more critical of myself at that time of the month, so I’ve learned to lean into a few small things that help me feel like me again. I start with the basics. Lymphatic drainage, a good breakfast, and a walk in the sun if the Welsh weather behaves. I also try to be really mindful of collagen in my routine because it plays such a big role in how everything looks and feels, both inside and out. One of my little period pick-me-ups is a big bouncy blow-dry. Volume genuinely changes everything for me. Without it my hair can look dull, flat and a bit lifeless, which does not help when I am already feeling meh. I have always supported collagen through my diet, but I had not really thought about collagen for my hair until now. The @lorealparis Elvive Collagen + Lifter has been such a game changer. It gives that lifted, fuller look that actually lasts for hours, and on days where I am feeling a bit flat, that extra boost makes such a difference. Sometimes it is not about doing the most. It is just about the little lifts that help you feel like yourself again 🤍 #hair
What in the f**ing world is going on - for ANYONE this is just insane: but speaking for the group of women struggling with infertility ON TOP of everything else?! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND THINKS THIS IS A GOOD IDEA. Discuss…I need to know I’m not the only one thinking this is insane?! …I shall patiently wait for your comments on this because WOW So glad we’re celebrating women next month…can’t wait x happy early international women’s day x x x x x
Wellness trends I’m leaving in the year of the snake… 🐍❌ Goodbye snake, hello year of the horse 🐎 (p.s. if this is your health year…follow along here on @sophie.richards ) Here’s what I’m cancelling: Powdered greens ❌ For YEARS I loved taking greens. But after researching supplements in depth and speaking to countless experts the past month- it doesn’t make sense to me anymore. More ingredients doesn’t always mean better. Too many, even “good” ones, can be disruptive for your gut. Weird change to the routine but so far no issues and a reminder that sometimes what we think is helping might not be! If you love them - go for it! They’re just a no for me after what I’m learning! Saving: £30/month. Ice baths (2/10) ❄️ I actually enjoy cold plunges and think there are benefits. But do we need a £2,000 barrel in the garden? No. You can get similar benefits from a cold shower or bath. Saving: £500 to £2,000. Protein coffee (1/10) ☕ I’d rather eat my protein and avoid the ultra processed blends. Blending protein into coffee is fine but most of the viral ones are packed with gut disrupting ingredients. I’d rather not bloat. Saving: £35/month. Biohacking instead of building foundations (0/10) 🔴 I love a tool. I own most of them. But not over the basics. You can’t red light panel your way out of weekly takeaways and alcohol binges. Red light panel £800. Cortisol “mocktails” (3/10) 🍒 Magnesium and tart cherry are great. But they’re not magic. If your nervous system is fried, start with sleep. Saving: £30 to £40/month. Expensive lymphatic tools ❌ Love my gua sha and dry brush BUT your hands are free and work just as well. You don’t need to spend a penny. More supplements does NOT always mean better. Money can’t fix your problems if your nervous system is screaming at you. Year of the horse = quality over quantity. I have some interesting tea to spill about the supplement world… stay tuned 👀🔥
I’m 29…⬇️ As I get older, the results of these 10 swaps become greater and greater, so I’ve shared them below for you to take a look at! P.s. Endometriosis and inflammation almost ruined my life, so if this is your thing - you’ll love my page…@sophie.richards ! 1. I completely stopped fasting and started having a high-protein, high-fibre breakfast within 30 minutes of waking… and my energy levels SKYROCKETED 2. I figured out my trigger foods using the AIP protocol and honestly it changed my life. If you want the full step-by-step, comment “Guide” and I’ll send you my AIP guide! It was phase one of my journey and I’m so glad I did it 3. I switched up my training - I replaced constant HIIT with 3 resistance sessions, 2 pilates days, and lots of slow walks… and my stress dropped 📉 4. I swapped ultra-processed meals for an anti-inflammatory style of eating about 90% of the time and it’s genuinely not difficult. My Amazon book has 80+ recipes - comment “CHANGE” and I’ll DM you the link 📕 (and there’s a sale right now woooo!) 5. I started treating fibre as equally important as protein - it’s been huge for my hormones, digestion, and staying full 6. I ditched protein shakes and focused on real whole foods instead - my body just responds so much better to actual meals 7. I stopped buying lunch out and started meal prepping because even “healthy” takeaway can still be secretly inflammatory 8. I started taking lymphatic drainage seriously and everything has shifted 9. I began going for short walks after meals to support digestion (plus it’s an easy way to hit steps)✨ 10. I stopped trying to overhaul everything overnight and focused on slow, consistent habits… and that’s when things finally started changing If you want more simple inflammation-friendly swaps, save this post and follow me here on @sophie.richards for small changes that make a massive difference 🫶 #inflammation #antiinflammatorydiet #aipdiet

Chocolate Spread Recipe ⬇️ …pancake day is coming up so I wanted to share my healthy 5 ingredient chocolate spread from my gluten, dairy and UPF free book! (Posting my pancake recipe tomorrow so follow for that! ➡️ @sophie.richards ) RECIPE: 100g blanched hazelnuts 100g pumpkin seeds 100g dark chocolate (I like 85%) 1 tablespoons date syrup 1/2 tspn vanilla extract (Optional - pinch of salt - I recommend!) That’s it!! TIP…make sure you roast the nuts enough so the oils come out, otherwise it’s a NIGHTMARE to blend!! If you’re finding it impossible, some melted coconut oil helps bring it together (but trust the process with the blending, and scrape down the sides and keep going!!) Keeps in the fridge for 2 weeks! For more anti-inflammatory gluten and dairy free recipes …comment “CHANGE” and I’ll send you the amazon link to my book!! See you tomorrow for easy healthy pancakes! #glutenanddairyfree #healthyrecipes #upffree #antiinflammatorydiet
