Feeling bloated, blocked up, or completely out of sync after a flight? ✈️💨 You’re not imagining it. In fact, up to 50% of travellers experience gut issues while away, from constipation and bloating to traveller’s diarrhoea. So, if you’ve got a trip coming up, here’s my advice 👇 ✈️ 4 weeks before travel Aim for 30+ plant points a week across the Super Six. Eating a wider variety of plant foods supports a healthier gut, linked with lowing your chances of picking up unwanted bugs while travelling. ✈️ 1–2 weeks before travel Research show that taking a specific probiotic strain called LGG (you’ll find this in the @smart_strains blue pack) before your trip can help reduce the risk of traveller’s tummy.
