세바시XJDC 제5회 영리더스포럼에 연사로 참여했습니다. 11월 27일-28일까지 제주 한라대학교 한라컨벤션센터에서 '격변의 시대, 청년들이 준비하는 새로운 미래' 라는 대주제 아래 AI 패러다임 전환, 글로벌 연대, 기후위기 등을 주제로 함께 논의하는 제5회 영리더스포럼(Young Leaders Forum)이 열렸습니다. 급변하는 시대 속에서 미래세대가 나아갈 방향을 고민하는 아주 의미 깊은 자리였습니다. 저는 이 자리에서 ‘AI가 못 만드는 단 하나, 당신의 오리지널리티’ 라는 주제로 발표와 패널 토론을 진행했습니다. 회사원에서 창작자로 전향한 이야기, AI와 협업하며 한국 전통을 재해석해온 여정, 그리고 AI 시대에 더욱 중요한 기술보다 자기 자신에게 끊임없는 질문을 통한 ‘나만의 중심을 지키는 법’에 대해 공유했습니다. 세계 최초! AI로 디자인한 한복이 런웨이를 걷는다면? 🇰🇷🤖 2022년부터 지금까지, AI로 다양한 창작을 이어오고 있습니다. 매번 새로운 목표를 세우며 달려왔고, 그중 가장 큰 꿈은 ‘입을 수 있는 것, 먹을 수 있는 것, 향을 맡을 수 있는 것’을 AI로 만드는 것이었어요. 오늘, 종로K축제 개막식에서 그 꿈이 드디어 현실이 되었습니다. 종로구 @jongnogu_official 종로문화재단 @jongnofac 올해로 10년째 이어가고 있는 종로K축제에서 기로에 @guiroe_yeoback 대표님과의 귀한 인연으로 AI로 디자인한 한복이 실제로 세상에 나왔습니다. 이번 한복은 한글 자음과 모음을 바탕으로 패턴을 만들어 완성한 작품이에요. 언젠가 꼭 AI로 한복을 지어보고 싶었는데, 이렇게 직접 구현할 수 있게 되어 정말 뜻깊습니다. 다시한번 밤낮없이 AI로 디자인한 작업물을 현실로 가져오는데 애써주신 기로에 디자이너 분들께 감사드립니다 그리고, AI한복을 입고 무대를 완성해주신 모델 선소연 님, 진심으로 감사드립니다. 올해로 10주년을 맞이한 종로K축제 19일까지 광화문광장과 종로 곳곳에서 우리 전통과 문화를 즐길 수 있는 다채로운 행사들이 이어집니다. 많은 관심 부탁드립니다. 저는 이제 다음 목표, AI와 함께 ‘향’과 ‘맛’을 풀어내는 일로 나아가 보려 합니다. - What if AI-designed hanbok walked the runway? Since 2022, I’ve been exploring what’s possible through AI creativity and one of my biggest dreams has always been to create something we can wear, taste, and smell through AI. Today, that dream came true at the Jongno K-Festival opening ceremony. Thanks to the wonderful collaboration with GUIROE, AI-designed hanbok finally came to life on the real runway. This piece was crafted using patterns inspired by Korean Hangul consonants and vowels. I’ve always wanted to make a hanbok through AI, and seeing it realized in the real world is truly meaningful. Special thanks to model Seon Soyeon, who beautifully brought this creation to life. The 10th Jongno K-Festival (Oct 17–19) is happening across Gwanghwamun Square and Jongno, celebrating Korean culture in all its beauty — hope you’ll come and experience it yourself.
