I’m giving up on my dreams… is what I would say if I didn’t have a system to fall back on and I WOULD skip the gym I WOULD scroll for hours I WOULD lock myself in a room for 10+ hrs but because I built a system that works for my life… I don’t. and without the support of others it’s hard to hold yourself to it but by searching for that system that actually works you’re building momentum in the right direction so no I’m not giving up on my dreams (or skipping my workouts) I’m going all in #fitness #workout #entrepreneur #system

The fastest way to get in shape as a founder ↓ If I had to rebuild my health, energy, and physique from scratch while building a company… these are the 4 things I would focus on immediately: 1. Train with real intensity Stop going through the motions. A hard, focused 40 minutes beats two aimless hours. Push yourself near or to failure. 2. Protect your sleep You can’t out-train bad sleep and you also don’t need a perfect 8 hours, you need consistency. 3. Eat on autopilot Don’t rely on willpower. Build a few repeatable, protein-heavy meals and stop snacking your stress away at 9pm. 4. Hit 10k steps a day The most underrated lever. Walk your calls, loop after meals, park far away. You’ll be hitting your goals without having to think much about it. 👉 Fitness gets easier when it’s built into your day through real systems, not added to it. Here’s exactly how these ultra successful founders workout👇 2 days a week → train like Elon Musk He barely does resistance training maybe once or twice a week and admits he’d skip the gym entirely if he could. Don’t copy that. If you only have two days do 2 full body workouts and hit everything. 3 days a week → train like Sam Altman Heavy weights 3x a week plus a little HIIT. Simple, sustainable, and honestly the sweet spot for most people. 4 days a week → train like Mark Zuckerberg He fights 3 to 4x a week, does some resistance training, and fills off days with cardio and mobility. The real lesson: pick training you actually enjoy so you keep showing up. 5 days a week → train like Alex Hormozi High volume, heavy compounds, progressive overload. A 5 day split done right. (Just know his diet does a LOT of the heavy lifting too) More days does not always mean better. instead of doing these, just do these 1. It’s easy to drink 3 cans of energy drinks. They taste good so you crave more. Opt for black coffee. It’s healthier, doesn’t spike your cravings (tastes like dirt sometimes 😂), and is harder to overdose on caffeine 2. Stop wasting your time cooking and meal prepping. You don’t have time to spend seven hours a week so just DoorDash. It removes thinking and prevents decision fatigue. 3. Instead of cooking your posture get a walking pad to do work and get your steps in. Or genuinely just take a break and get outside. 4. I want to stop straining your eyes. Use blue light glasses. Just a basic, clear list of what needs to get done today. They focus on feedback loops and building momentum. It’s not about being busy, it’s about being dangerous with your focus.
