The one where Erin goes to France by herself for 10 days 🥐 While @notsowellplated was skiing in a remote part of British Columbia, I enrolled in a week of language immersion classes in Bordeaux, France followed by a quick stop in Paris. This is (by far) the longest I’ve ever traveled by myself and….I had a freaking blast. Aside from the obvious perks (ordering a plate of anchovies and butter without anyone telling me they don’t like anchovies; afternoons free to wander in parks; hotel room all@to myself), this much alone time was a total confidence boost.
