🚨 ADULTS 30+ WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO LOSE STUBBORN FAT 🚨 I’ll help you drop 10–45+ pounds without sacrificing your favorite foods or crashing your hormones. Fill it out quickly — enrollment is limited and spots fill fast. 👇 LOW-CALORIE GARLIC CHEESE TORTILLA 👇 Ingredients: • 2 low-calorie high-protein tortillas • 2 oz (60g) light cream cheese • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella • 1 tsp light butter or olive oil spray • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1 tsp chopped parsley • Optional: 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yoghurt Method: 1. Mix the cream cheese and Greek yoghurt together and spread onto one tortilla. 2. Sprinkle half the mozzarella on top and place the second tortilla over it. 3. Mix the garlic, parsley, and butter (or use olive oil spray) and lightly brush both sides. 4. Top with the remaining mozzarella. 5. Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy. 6. Serve with a garlic Greek yoghurt dip and enjoy. Shout out @ketosnackz
