How I lost 10kg in 8 weeks ⬇️ I’m a big believer in practicing what I preach and decided to put my program to the ultimate test to reaffirm to myself I know exactly how to get insane results. I can’t expect my clients to place trust in me without fully living and breathing this shit myself. Just like I wouldn’t visit a dentist that had no teeth or take advice from a business coach that’s never owned a business. Just plain sense right? I stuck to the program 100% which included 20% of foods I love and enjoy and 80% of nutrient dense whole foods. I trained 4 times per week. I drank 4-5 litres of water per day. Slept 6-7 hours per night. People think it’s fancy, complicated shit but all I did was strip it right back to the key fundamentals, followed the plan and got the results. I don’t have time to be spending hours upon hours with endless cardio, lengthy weights sessions or messing around in the kitchen. This plan gave me back time to spend with my kids, my partner, my clients, doing the shit I enjoy knowing I’m still getting the results I wanted. I take a no bullshit approach and with 20+ years of experience I know too well how to get people the results they desire. Want to lose 5-10kgs without giving up the foods you love? 5 star day 🖤 I really do live and breathe health & fitness. It’s my job, my passion, my lifestyle, my business… it’s what makes me feel good and what I’ve built my whole world around. But if I’m being honest I can also get so caught up in doing, ticking boxes, moving the needle, being productive, always chasing the next thing. And yesterday was none of that. Exactly what my soul needed. This was actually the first time we’ve gone to an event / festival / club vibe together. And it was so bloody nice to just experience something new together and be fully present in it. It was such a reminder that we didn’t build this life just to work in it we built it to enjoy it! And yes we still had a boogie, were home by dark, ate ice cream and in bed by 10pm 😂

Your workout order is either building your body or holding it back. Here are your two choices: 1. Compounds First: Big lifts like presses and rows first. This is best for beginners, if you have strength goals or are limited with time. Compounds give you the most bang for your buck. 2. Priority Order: Hit your weakest muscle group first (lagging shoulders/glutes). This is best for breaking plateaus, targeting muscle growth in specific areas. However fatiguing smaller muscle groups first can impact bigger lifts later. BUT This is just the first layer. You don’t have to stick to just one. The pros periodize, they cycle between these methods every 8-12 weeks to keep making progress. Most people are following random ass programs they found online, with no understanding of why the exercises are in that order. They spin their wheels for months without seeing any change. Same calories. Wildly different results. One leads to more cravings. One leads to more progress. Bottom line you’re always choosing one. If you think hitting your goal weight is just about “eating less” you’re missing the whole point. 🥐The croissant plate is pure simple carbs. It will spike your blood sugar, lead to a crash in the afternoon, making you hungry, sluggish and craving even more shit. 🍳The salmon, eggs & fruit plate is packed with protein & healthy fats. Providing a slow, steady release of energy. You’ll be full and satisfied for hours. When you’re in a calorie deficit to get lean, your body looks for energy anywhere it can including from your muscle tissue. The plate of salmon & eggs is sending a direct signal to your body: “burn the fat, keep the muscle” The croissants send no fucking signal. Preserving muscle is what gives you a toned, defined look not just a smaller version of a soft body. This is why I teach tracking macros, not just calories. Calories dictate the size of the result (weight loss/gain). Macros dictate the quality of the result (fat loss vs muscle loss). It’s how you learn that you can eat a massive, satisfying plate of food and get LEANER, while a small unsatisfying choice can completely derail your efforts.
