Keep it simple. Make more money, so you can help more people, and have a lot more fun.
Most people react with anger when they’re actually feeling fear, and when you lead with fear, you build distance. When you lead with trust, you build safety. That safety might be the reason your kid makes the right choice next time.
My grandfather told me there’s three things you need to live a happier life, find someone you love, do something you love, and buy the best bed you can find.
One of the most expensive lessons of my life was thinking I had to figure everything out alone. Find someone who has already been where you want to go, ask for direction and learn from their experience. Knowing what you want matters, but knowing who can help you get there matters just as much.
I want people around me who are willing to take risks, make decisions, and learn from the outcome. A mistake can create a lesson that improves the entire business. Repeating the same mistake means the lesson was ignored. Make mistakes, take accountability and learn quickly.
Six months is enough time when your priorities are clear.

In this conversation, we talk about the lessons that only failure can teach, why asking for help is a strength and how the way you think about your past shapes your future. People buy when the value of what they receive is clearly greater than what they give up. A strong offer removes doubt, lowers risk, and makes the decision easy. Before trying to sell harder, make the value easier to understand.
A deadline is useful until it becomes a daily reminder of how far behind you are. Once that happens, the date becomes a distraction. Focus on the next action that can be completed today.
Most people quit because they don’t understand time. Compounding doesn’t look like progress in the beginning: 18 years into a 20-year journey, you might only feel 25% there. That’s when almost everyone gives up. The few who keep going discover that the biggest growth happens at the end, when time and consistency finally compound.
Gratitude is one of my values because it gives me something to look for in every season. I look for the light, the love, and the lesson, even when I do not understand what is happening yet. The circumstances may take time to change, but gratitude changes what you're able to see.
