I’ve always been very disciplined when it comes to the gym… I’ve never struggled with motivating myself to workout. It’s always come naturally to me 🤷🏻♀️ But I’ve struggled with periods of my life where I was eating like crap, drinking way too much, and honestly not even noticing the changes on myself until it was too late 🥲 l started this page to show people that you can eat delicious high protein, low calorie meals and desserts without having to sacrifice your favourite foods 🍪🌯 but also to prove that nutrition plays a MASSIVE part of getting the body that you want. Way more than workouts do! Anyways I have hundreds of recipes so if you wanna make sure your diet fits your workout regim and goals, stick around 🫶 And as always my 1:1 coaching link is in my bio ☺️

Ps I have an eBook with 40+ high protein low cal lunch recipes - comment PROTEIN if you want the link ❤️ Nutrition (1 serving): 337 cals, 39P, 27C, 9F Ingredients (makes 2 servings): * 250g drained corn kernels * 80g @aldiuk Plant Menu shredded chick’n (or regular chicken/any other meat or vegan meat) * 1 jalapeno, chopped * 300g fat free cottage cheese * 1 tsp hot sauce * 2 tbsp Tajin/mexican spice * 50g feta cheese * Juice of 1 lime * Chips (not included in macros) Directions: * Measure out and cook vegan chicken/substitute, then break into smaller pieces * Blend cottage cheese and tajin * Add corn, lime juice, chick’n, hot sauce, feta, and jalapeño to a bowl, then add the blended cottage cheese * Pair with chips and enjoy!
It’s my birthday today so let’s celebrate with a Funfetti protein cupcake recipe 🥳🧁 Nutrition (1 cupcake): 91 cals, 12P, 9C, 0.5F Ingredients: (makes 6): -28g @pescience vanilla protein powder (discount code FIT15) -20g all purpose flour -14g coconut flour -5g fat free white chocolate pudding mix -10g monkfruit sweetener (sub any zero calorie sweetener) -5g baking powder -100g nonfat Greek yogurt -100g egg whites -40g unsweetened applesauce (sub mashed banana) -5g sprinkles Frosting: -25g @pescience vanilla protein powder (discount code FIT15) -20g powdered monkfruit (zero calorie powdered sugar) -5g fat free white chocolate pudding mix -60g nonfat Greek yogurt -3g sprinkles -1-3 tbsp cold water Directions: -Preheat the oven to 350F -Mix the dry ingredients for the cupcakes together, then add the wet (mix in the sprinkles last) -Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray (can also use liners) and divide batter into 6 -Bake for 15-17 mins, and while that’s baking, mix the ingredients for the frosting together (add the cold water slowly, 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached) -Let the cupcakes cool completely, the frost (I used a frosting bag with tips, can also use a regular ziplock bag) -Top with sprinkles, then enjoy 😍🧁

Discount code FIT15 🫶 Nutrition (1 roll): 125 cals, 11.5P, 18C, 1F Ingredients (makes 8 rolls): * 280g 1% cottage cheese * 5ml vanilla extract * 30ml sugar free maple syrup * 160g flour * 50g @pescience vanilla or cake pop protein powder (discount code FIT15) * 10g baking powder Filling: * 65g zero calorie brown sugar * 8g cinnamon * 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk Frosting: * Zero calorie powdered sugar Directions: * Blend the first three ingredients for the dough together, then set aside 3 tbsp of the mixture for the frosting * Mix in the flour, protein powder, baking powder to the rest of the wet mixture * Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper sprinkled with flour until it’s flat * Mix the filling ingredients together, then spread over the dough * Roll the dough into a log and slice into 8 rolls * Bake for 15-18 mins * Mix the frosting leftover with zero calorie powdered sugar (I just eyeballed this until I liked the consistency) then pour over the rolls once cooled * Enjoy 🤤
