Nah I’m good 2- Protein Fast 90% Most Days Everything keto does, while improving reasons people fail at it long term.(Binge eating at night, from starving through the day. / Under eating protein from too small of a window to get it in) 3- Never Drink my cals Losing fat is hard, when you over eat & can’t control hunger. When all your cals come from food, keeps sneaky cals away & makes you full! 4- When Eating Out I never Triple up on carbs ❌ Chipotle ( Burritos with beans OR rice not both) ❌ Dine in ( Meal With bread or 1 side & No Appetizer) 5- I Only Track My Protein & Calories Protects & builds muscle, while controlling weight. Leaving flexibility for fun foods later 6- I Take Creatine Daily to force myself to drink more water Creatine has so many benefits.
