You don’t need to eat in a surplus to grow If you’ve got the surplus on your body already Luke was training like an absolute ANIMAL Never missed a session 3 sets of 12 reps on everything Ate clean Did everything right And for the amount of effort he put in He was frustrated because he SHOULD be seeing more in the mirror But the thing is more doesn’t equal better The biggest thing we did was to optimise Luke’s training So for the same amount of time in the gym He got more growth, and way less damage holding him back Then we optimised his nutrition So he was growing muscle as fast as a dirty bulk But using the fat on his body to do it So he got leaner as he was growing muscle You don’t have an effort issue, you just need to put the effort into the right places If you want to get more out of the work you’re already doing Comment “GAMEPLAN” and I’ll reach out

The best theory we have is mechanotransductors are more sensitive to mechanical tension when their muscle fibre is in the lengthened position, and vice versa for the shortened position Plus add passive tension on top of it, yay more growth ✅
