You don’t need to eat in a surplus to grow If you’ve got the surplus on your body already Luke was training like an absolute ANIMAL Never missed a session 3 sets of 12 reps on everything Ate clean Did everything right And for the amount of effort he put in He was frustrated because he SHOULD be seeing more in the mirror But the thing is more doesn’t equal better The biggest thing we did was to optimise Luke’s training So for the same amount of time in the gym He got more growth, and way less damage holding him back Then we optimised his nutrition So he was growing muscle as fast as a dirty bulk But using the fat on his body to do it So he got leaner as he was growing muscle You don’t have an effort issue, you just need to put the effort into the right places If you want to get more out of the work you’re already doing Comment “GAMEPLAN” and I’ll reach out

Bryson lost 9kg in his first 6 weeks and got abs He did it while: -> working 12-14 hour days -> still showing up as the high energy dad of his 4 beautiful kids -> eating more Bryson had been training constantly 5+ days a week for years Eating clean Doing everything right He didn’t have an effort issue He was showing up putting in the effort, just in the wrong places ❌ We didn’t get him eating less food ❌ didn’t get him training more ❌ didn’t do more cardio We OPTIMISED his training and nutrition So he got more out of the work he was already doing Absolutely king 👑 If you resonate and want abs in the next 60 days too Comment “GAMEPLAN” and I’ll reach out
