I’m SO proud to announce that as of today I am the sole owner of @sweat I cannot believe I am saying this… it feels so surreal 😭 Sweat was created for women and it’s always been a goal of mine that one day I could say that Sweat is solely ran by a woman. And today… I can. That means more to me than anyone will ever know. I believe so strongly in what we’re building for women around the world and this is only the beginning. This moment feels like the start of our most exciting chapter yet. Thank you for being part of this journey with me, I will do everything I can to make you proud 💛
Trying to summarise my entire journey in one post... 👆 Sometimes I think about what I would say to 18-year-old me if I could go back in time… standing in my parents’ backyard with a whiteboard, training my clients, with absolutely no idea where this journey would take me. Back then, I was just a personal trainer passionate about helping women feel strong and confident in their own skin. I never imagined that passion would turn into a global community... or that I’d become the co-founder of an incredible business like @Sweat. I’m SO proud of how far Sweat has come, but it hasn’t always been easy. There have been long days, self-doubt, mistakes and plenty of lessons. But through it all, one thing has never changed... my love for helping women move their bodies, build their confidence, and feel empowered every single day. To every woman who’s ever trained with me, used the @Sweat app, or simply shown up for herself, thank YOU. You’ve helped me grow from a young PT in Adelaide to someone who is part of the most incredible global community of women, and I can’t WAIT to keep growing with you.

Strong arms. One set of dumbbells… These are the exercises I keep coming back to for defined, strong arms. 4 sets of 6-8 reps each 🤍 Dumbbell shoulder press 🤍 Bent over tricep extension 🤍 Single arm shoulder press 🤍 Lat raises 🤍 Push up Save this and follow along 🙌
Something I always remind myself is that the fact I want it … means I know it’s possible Save this and come back to it when you need a reminder … you’re more capable than you think!
It’s hard. Starting again and again and again… over and over. Waiting for Mondays, the right time, the perfect weather…. If it makes you feel better, I experience the same thing. Pregnancies, birth, injuries, endometriosis, recovery, burn out… I’ve done it all. What I’ve also done is keep coming back, again … and again and again. Does it feel EXHAUSTING some days? … yes. Absolutely Starting over … again. Feeling behind each time and wondering how you are going to “keep up”. The trick is, just show up. Even if it’s to start …AGAIN. Do any other parents tell their kids off and then immediately turn around and start laughing in silence??? My kids are actually SO FUNNY. It’s so hard to discipline this constant comedy show 🤣

A week in the life... buckle up 😅 Sunday - Quality time with family and friends Monday - Upper body split with @jaewoodroffe 💪 Tuesday - 😎trained again … a core circuit after my lower body split Wednesday - Sweat in full force! Such an amazing team to spend the day with 🤍 Thursday - Active rest with Arna Skipping was her choice 😉 Friday - Back again for back day Saturday & Sunday - Training, kids, tennis.... repeat Wouldn’t have it any other way 🥹💕
No equipment 💪 These are the six Ab exercises I keep coming back to 🤍 - Single leg Ab bike - Straight leg jack knife - Alternating single leg raises - Controlled mountain climbers - Reverse crunch & hip lift - Plank rock Try and aim for 30-40 seconds of each exercise, 4 rounds SAVE THIS ! Your core will thank you later 😉
