I’m SO proud to announce that as of today I am the sole owner of @sweat I cannot believe I am saying this… it feels so surreal 😭 Sweat was created for women and it’s always been a goal of mine that one day I could say that Sweat is solely ran by a woman. And today… I can. That means more to me than anyone will ever know. I believe so strongly in what we’re building for women around the world and this is only the beginning. This moment feels like the start of our most exciting chapter yet. Thank you for being part of this journey with me, I will do everything I can to make you proud 💛
Trying to summarise my entire journey in one post... 👆 Sometimes I think about what I would say to 18-year-old me if I could go back in time… standing in my parents’ backyard with a whiteboard, training my clients, with absolutely no idea where this journey would take me. Back then, I was just a personal trainer passionate about helping women feel strong and confident in their own skin. I never imagined that passion would turn into a global community... or that I’d become the co-founder of an incredible business like @Sweat. I’m SO proud of how far Sweat has come, but it hasn’t always been easy. There have been long days, self-doubt, mistakes and plenty of lessons. But through it all, one thing has never changed... my love for helping women move their bodies, build their confidence, and feel empowered every single day. To every woman who’s ever trained with me, used the @Sweat app, or simply shown up for herself, thank YOU. You’ve helped me grow from a young PT in Adelaide to someone who is part of the most incredible global community of women, and I can’t WAIT to keep growing with you.
Sometimes the biggest sign we need is the feeling in our gut. If you’re not thriving, if something feels “off”, it could be a sign that it’s time for change. Surround yourself with people, places, and habits that SUPPORT your growth, not just your comfort. True peace and progress come when you’re in alignment with where you’re meant to be... physically, mentally, and emotionally. Listen to that feeling, make the shifts you need, and create an environment that helps you become the best version of yourself

Full body with ONLY a plate! No dumbbells. No machines. Just this. 4 sets of each, 10–12 reps - Reverse lunge - Overhead shoulder press - Chest press - Ab toe crunch - Russian twist - Row - Shoulder raise Not sure how heavy to go? Start with 2.5 kg or 5 kg and build from there 🙌 Let me know if you want more plate only exercises!
