it’s soooo important to warm up properly before your workouts, so here’s one to try on your next leg day🤍 it also just feels super nice to take a moment to stretch, especially with my busy schedule atm! Its all about rebuilding strength and getting my core feeling strong again WORKOUT: Elevated single leg crunch 2 x 12-15 reps Elevated single leg glute bridge 2 x 12-15 reps Weighted resisted alternating knees 3 x 20 reps Oblique crunch with banded kettlebell 3 x 10 each side Pallof alternating reverse lunges 3 x 20 reps Try it and let me know what you think! this leg workout was a killer but I really enjoyed it😅 I’m feeling really positive about my progress, don’t get me wrong I love being pregnant, but it’s so nice to be able to push myself harder in the gym again! WORKOUT: Safety bar squat 3 sets, 6-10 reps 45% leg press 2 sets, 6-10 reps Weighted back extension 3 sets, 12-15 reps Belt squat machine 3 sets, 10-12 reps B stance barbell RDL 3 sets, 10 reps each leg Seated leg curl 2 sets, 10-15 reps Side lying clam shell 3 sets, 10 reps train with me on my @strngofficial_ training app♥️it’s only 24p a day xx Wearing @wearliro size small💙

But I do love my leg days at the moment, and can feel myself getting stronger and stronger each day now WORKOUT: Walking DB squat 2 steps, 20 reps each leg Frog squat variation 3 sets, 10 reps DB goblet partials 3 sets, 15 reps DB RDL 3 sets, 12 reps Elevated curtesy lunge 3 sets, 10 reps each leg Bear plank with med ball rotation 2 sets, 20 reps V sit cable twist 2 sets, 10 reps each side My @strngofficial_ fitness app has plenty more workouts just like this, try it out for only 24p a day xx Outfit: @wearliro and I’m wearing a small🫶🏼
