Faster… Lighter… 🔜 26/05/2026 #Emira

I fell head over heels for the @lotuscars Emira. 💛 A 3.5-litre V6 manual with 400bhp—it’s a light, playful, absolute machine. It gave me all the joys I get from driving my classic cars. By that I mean, I felt like I was actually *driving*. I had to concentrate in the best way possible, thinking about every gear change and corner. It wasn’t a ‘let me help you with that’ kind of car, and I LOVED it. Every single drive was full of jollity. From a practical standpoint, it has a surprising amount of luggage space for such a small car. (And yes, I obviously drove it in Sport mode everywhere). My only wish? ISOFIX in the passenger seat so I could take Reuben out in it—but I get that’s a pretty specific request! I’m never going to be a track driver, but for joyous, daily driving? This is it.
