Save this for your next core day! This is Part 2 of the routine I’ve been following, especially on days when I don’t feel like doing floor workouts. Keep your core tight throughout each movement. If you’re not engaging it, you’re not feeling it. – Around the world (10 each side) – Weighted marches (30 seconds) – Oblique drops (10 each side) – Weighted crossbody crunches (30 seconds) Repeat 3 times and finish with an incline walk. Important: This wouldn’t be possible without being in a calorie deficit. The workouts help #fitness #pcos #weightloss #pcosweightloss #viral

First thing I want to say is that I noticed the change in my face first. But when I looked back at my progress photos I could clearly see a massive difference in my belly too. I went from a size 14 to a size 12 and I am so glad I took pictures because the scale alone would never have told me that story. Here’s what I did once a week👇🏽 ✅ Russian twists — 3 sets x 12 reps ✅ Dead bugs — 3 sets x 10 reps ✅ Plank hold — 3 x 60 seconds ✅ Plank twists — 3 sets x 8 reps ✅ Farmers walk — 8 minutes I also walk for minimum 15 mins at an incline of 15 and average speed 3.3, 5 days a week. Can we talk about the farmers walk for a second because it’s so underrated it’s actually criminal. You’re walking with weights in both hands and your entire core is working overtime just to keep you stable and upright. It’s one of the best things you can do for your core and barely anyone talks about it. Also something that made a huge difference for me that had nothing to do with exercise. I started taking my bloating seriously. Drinking more water, eating more fibre and cutting back on sugary foods has massively helped my belly look and feel so much flatter. Sometimes what looks like belly fat is actually just bloating and nobody talks about that enough. #fitness #pcos #weightloss #core #coreworkout

It was really hard posting most of the clips in this video. Last year, I struggled silently. I blamed myself, over-exercised, then over-ate. Looking in the mirror became harder every day. Clothes that were once oversized no longer fit me. I used to love taking pictures and videos of myself but that slowly stopped as the weight crept in. I couldn’t squat anymore. I couldn’t run. I couldn’t even carry my 25kg luggage. My PCOS symptoms worsened, and it became really hard not to feel sorry for myself. Going home made it worse. The one thing everyone seemed to say was, “Oh, you’ve put on weight.” Sometimes I wanted to scream back, “No shit, Sherlock!” but I never did. Every look, every comment, every silent judgement just pushed me further into my shell. That’s when I realised something had to change. Maybe I can’t control everything in my life, but I can control my health and my body. So on 13th January, I decided to do something before it was too late. I created this account for motivation and accountability, and I’m committing to posting here every single day for the next 30 days. I’d genuinely love for you to be part of this journey with me. Let’s do this. 30 days of showing up, starting today. #reels #viral #trending #fitness #fyp

65 days of what? 👇 For the last 2 months, I completely lost my routine. First it was driving lessons. Then grief. Then exhaustion. Then “I’ll start again tomorrow.” And somehow tomorrow kept getting pushed further and further away. The last time I truly changed my life was when I challenged myself publicly and stayed consistent one day at a time. So I’m doing it again. 65 days of consistency! I’m currently 65.5kg with PCOS and my goal is simple: Get back into the 50s before the end of July (even if it’s 59) Not chasing perfection. Not trying to become “that girl.” Just trying to prove to myself that I can stay consistent again. For the next 65 days: ✔️strength train (min 3 variations) ✔️deficit ✔️protein ✔️water ✔️fiber ✔️early mornings ✔️no disappearing I’ll be documenting everything and my stories are gonna be fulllll…. The good days, bad days, cravings, motivation drops, all of it. If you’ve been waiting to restart too… this is your sign. We’re using the hashtag #65dayshardwithE Comment “65” if you’re starting with me and I’ll genuinely try to check in on your journey too💜 #fitness #pcos #weightloss #pcosweightloss

🌸I turn 30 this year and I’m not ashamed to admit that… 1. I thought I would own a beautiful home by now. The kind with a backyard, plants, soft lighting and a space that finally felt like mine. 2. I thought I would work in fashion and have built a successful brand by now. 3. I thought I would feel completely confident in my body by this age. Instead, I’m still learning how to love it while changing it. 4. I thought moving abroad would instantly feel exciting and freeing. I’m not ashamed to admit that it actually felt lonely for a very long time. 5. I work from home and still struggle to make genuine friendships here sometimes. Adult loneliness is real and people don’t talk about it enough. 6. I thought by now I’d have life figured out financially enough to always help my parents whenever they need me. 7. The grief of losing loved ones scares me more now than it did when I was younger especially because I live so far from home. 8. Sometimes I feel behind in life watching other people settle down, buy homes, travel more and build the lives I thought I’d already have by now. 9. I thought I would’ve travelled the world more by now, especially the Americas. I live so close but that dream still feels so far away. 10. And maybe the biggest one… I’m not ashamed to admit that my life looks nothing like I imagined it would at 29. But I’m still here. Still trying. Still rebuilding myself slowly. Still learning how to enjoy life while becoming the person I wanna be. I’ve got a long way to go but I’m never giving up! Tell me something you’re not ashamed to admit anymore?🌸✨ #adulting #pcos #weightloss #life #growth

9kgs down in 3 months and honestly… these are the things that ACTUALLY made the biggest difference for me 💜 Not extreme diets. Not spending 3 hours in the gym. Not cutting out every food I love. Just slowly building habits I could realistically stick to. Especially with PCOS, I realised very quickly that trying to be perfect only made me quit faster. So instead of forcing myself into routines I hated, I focused on • moving daily • staying in a deficit • eating more protein • drinking more water • sleeping better • and learning balance instead of restriction Some days I still ate crisps. Some days I still went over calories. Some days I only managed a walk. But I kept going. And I think that’s the biggest thing people underestimate… consistency looks very boring while you’re doing it, but one day you suddenly realise your body, mindset and confidence have completely changed. If you’re starting your journey right now: please stop trying to change your whole life overnight. Start small. Start realistic. Start messy if you have to. Just start 💜 #fitness #pcos #pmos #weightloss #guide

Not every gym outfit needs to be perfectly matched, skin tight or “Instagram gym girl” approved and your gym outfits don’t need to be expensive either… Whole outfits from @primark under £15 🤯 Some days I just wanna throw on an oversized tee, comfy joggers and get my workout done in peace. And honestly… those are usually the workouts I enjoy the most 💜 #fitness #pcos #weightloss #primark #pcosweightloss

I almost threw this skirt away 2 months ago. With summer coming in, I started clearing out my wardrobe… and I found this skirt again. I knew it didn’t fit me before, but I just thought I’d give it one more try. And… it fit. Disclaimer — I wasn’t even going anywhere. But the way I felt in that moment? I can’t even explain it. I think that’s the beauty of this journey. It’s the small things that suddenly start making you feel happy again. Wearing clothes that didn’t fit. Looking at yourself and thinking… damn, I actually look good. Not that I ever thought I didn’t — but if you’ve ever gone through weight gain that you didn’t plan, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Somewhere along the way, you just lose that confidence a little bit. And the best part about this journey? It’s finding that confidence again. Because moments like this… they give you a rush. They make you want to go out more, do more, meet people again, just live again. And honestly… that feeling is everything. 💜 #fitness #pcos #weightloss #pcosweightloss #viral

You want to lose weight and grow your glutes but you only have 30 minutes. Here is exactly what I do 💜 These are 4 of my non negotiable glute exercises and I want to break them down properly because form matters more than weight every single time. ✅ Hip thrusts — 4 sets x 10 reps The hip thrust is one of the most effective exercises you can do specifically for your gluteus maximus. It is the big muscle that gives your glutes their shape. If you only do one glute exercise make it this one. Drive through your heels, squeeze at the top and keep your chin tucked. ✅ Back extensions — 3 sets x 10 reps This one is a deceptive killer. Most people think it is a back exercise but I feel it almost entirely in my upper glutes. If you are feeling it in your lower back you need to adjust your position or reduce the angle. Always try this without weight first until your form is right. Then add weight gradually. ✅ Step ups — 3 sets x 10 reps each leg There are two ways to do step ups and they target completely different muscles. Stepping straight up targets your quads. Leaning forward slightly as you step up shifts the work into your glutes. I always lean forward. Watch my form in the clip. ✅ Hip abductions — 4 sets x 10 reps This one targets your gluteus medius which is your side glute and it is actually one of the highest activating exercises for that muscle according to research. If you are feeling this in your lower back or your quads you are not in the right position. Check your seat height and make sure you are driving from the side not the front. Finish every session with at least 15 minutes on the treadmill at incline 15. That is non negotiable for me ✨ #fitness #pcos #weightloss #pcosweightloss #viral
