Surf & Turf Toastie 🥩🦞✨ (via: @bitta_banging) The ultimate luxury sandwich! This mind-blowing creation takes a classic mozzarella toastie and packs it with an entire cheese-stuffed ribeye steak, tender lobster meat, crispy shallots, and layers of rich garlic butter with a splash of fresh lemon juice. Absolutely phenomenal 🤤 🛒 Ingredients • Thick sourdough or artisanal bread slices • 18oz Ribeye steak (cooked to preference, sliced horizontally, and stuffed with cheese) • Cooked lobster meat, chopped • Garlic butter (melted) • Fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced • Crispy fried shallots • Fresh parsley, chopped • Fresh lemon juice • Butter or olive oil for toasting 👩‍🍳 Directions 1. The Base: Butter the outside of your bread slices. Place the bottom slice in a pan over medium heat and spread a generous layer of mozzarella cheese to build your melty foundation. 2. The Turf: Drizzle the cheese with warm garlic butter. Lay down your cheese-stuffed ribeye steak slices right over the melting mozzarella. 3. The Surf: Pile the tender cooked lobster meat on top of the steak, then douse it with another generous spoonful of garlic butter and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. 4. The Crunch: Top the lobster with a handful of crispy shallots and fresh chopped parsley. Add one final drizzle of garlic butter before placing the top slice of bread on. 5.
