WELCOME TURNIPS!! Welcome to the good life! Since I gained four thousand turnips over just a few days I decided I needed to make an introduction post so you know a bit more about me and this page! Also my goal when starting this page was 20k (and to at least help one person) and feel so grateful that I can share my secrets with all of you - I know for a fact that this lifestyle works and is so enjoyable and sustainable and I want you all to experience this freedom 🥹 🌺 I started this page three years ago to be creative with my fat loss - I was only doing cardio at the time and absolutely dreading it and tried keto - I have come a long way 😂 🌺 now I lift three times a week and only focus on lower body and back - I have completely transformed my body and enjoy working out now 🌺 I genuinely believe eating dessert every day or whenever you are craving sweets is the key to sustained fat loss (my healthy desserts) 🌺 I LIVE by my own 80/20 ideology! It went viral on TikTok and that’s how I’ve lost // maintained my fat loss and enjoyed it 🌺 I eat high protein low carb, eat desserts daily, TONS of fruit and never feel restricted. I genuinely believe eating healthy is easy and want to show that to everyone ! That’s the point of my page ◡̈ 🌺 I graduated with degree in Integrative Neuroscience and also English! 🌺I’m in PA school in my rotations and am learning so much about the body ! 15 MINUTE BAGELS ! 💞🤤 this is definitely one of my most favorite recipes, the bagels come out so fluffy, so flavorful, and it’s just so easy to make. The prep time only takes a few minutes and then they air fry for 12. If you wanna meal prep your breakfast this is definitely one of the best ways to go about it. Eating healthy is easy! I I’m about to start working this week so I needed to meal prep some bagels for my breakfast and had to share this recipe with you guys!!! HIGH PROTEIN EASY CONVENIENT FLUFFY DELICIOUS 🥯 3-Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels Ingredients: 🥯 1 cup self-rising flour (or flour + 1.5 teaspoon baking powder) 🥯 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 🥯 1 tsp garlic powder 🥯 Egg wash (optional) 🥯 Everything But the Bagel seasoning How: 🥯 Mix flour (and baking powder), Greek yogurt, and garlic powder until a dough forms. 🥯 Knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth. 🥯 Divide into 4 equal pieces and shape into bagels. 🥯 Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel seasoning. 🥯 Air fry at 320°F for 12 minutes. 🥯 Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing. 🥯 Store in the fridge for up to 5 days and toast before serving.
No cottage cheese, no chickpeas AND DONE IN TEN MINUTES 🍕🍕🍕🍕 This is my go-to pizza recipe and it tastes even better than a resteraunt (no I’m not joking, make it yourself and see!) I basically do not eat pizza out anymore because this version is so much better tasting and it’s so much healthier! HOW: 🍕 mix 1/4 cup flour with 1 container Greek yogurt (150g) and half a scoop of @qualifyprotein flavorless whey protein 🍕 add a bunch of garlic powder, half teaspoon baking powder, pinch salt and mix 🍕 add flour until mixture is dry and dough consistency 🍕 spread on parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes at 425 🍕 add sauce and cheese and then bake for another 8 minutes OR broil for a minute or two but watch it !! Enjoy ◡̈ Fun tip: add nutritional yeast for a boost of protein and cheesy flavour! Also sidenote note: I actually almost dropped this pizza almost so the cheese fell off but I caught it in my hands and then I put it back on, that’s why it looks not so perfect LOL but I wanted to share

Prioritize protein at every meal • Build meals around whole foods • Eat plenty of healthy fats and veggies • Keep carbs mostly from fruit, potatoes, rice, and other minimally processed sources • Enjoy healthy desserts daily 🍪🍓 from my page ;) as you can see, I eat a lot avocado because it’s high in healthy fats, fiber, and delicious! Not pictured: the tons of fruit I eat, my healthy desserts, and yes, real desserts too. 😌 I don’t believe in restriction. I aim for about 80% nutritious whole foods and 20% foods I simply enjoy. No added sugar Vegan One ingredient Healthy Easy Delicious I have been wanting to make fruit leathers, also known as healthy fruit roll ups, for forever because I’ve always loved fruit roll ups, but I don’t love the ingredients. This came out even better than expected. The only thing is that I definitely was not supposed to use tinfoil so if you make it, you must, MUST use parchment paper otherwise it will stick. I’m going to make it again tomorrow with parchment paper, but I couldn’t wait to show you because it came out so yummy. HEALTHY FRUIT LEATHER 🍓 blend container of strawberries after being washed checked and stems removed 🍓 spread on a pan with parchment paper, making sure it’s not too thin , and bake for three hours at 200 F Enjoy ¨̮
