Side lunges are 🚮 for building glutes/ legs, try this👇🏽 Forward/ walking lunges = Mostly quad, a little glute Reverse lunges = mostly glute, a little quad Curtsey lunges = all glutes
If you can’t feel your glutes during hip thrust, you might be at risk of having an itty bitty booty🙃

I’ve never met someone who can do hanging leg raises, who DOESN’T have a strong/ defined core🔥
“Shocking the muscle” doesn’t work, do this instead⤵️ Keep the same exact workout routine for 4-6 weeks (same exercises, sets, reps, rest times, etc) and aim to get as strong as possible with these exercises. If you’re still getting stronger at the end of the 4-6 weeks, keep going! Once you decide to change up your workouts, trying doing different variations of the same exercises. For example: Barbell Squats -> Hack Squat Barbell Rows -> Seated Cable Row Bulgarian Split Squat -> Single Leg Leg Press
