No tomatoes allowed at this lab. Not even for lunch. 🍅 ⛔ At our Seed Health Lab in the Netherlands, even one slice of tomato in a sandwich could risk contaminating seeds. That’s how seriously our scientists take seed health, because one tiny pathogen can impact an entire crop. Seed health is a foundation of food security. From testing to global distribution, it all starts with making sure seeds are clean, healthy, and ready to grow into the food we rely on every day. 🌱 Take a peek behind the scenes and tap the link in bio to learn what happens before seeds reach farmers. 🧑🌾 #Agriculture #SyngentaVegetableSeeds #FoodSecurity #Innovation

Nature has been solving plant health challenges for centuries. 🌳 ✨ Hidden inside Quillaja saponaria trees is a natural defense system against environmental stress. Now, this system is helping farmers protect grapes, berries, and more crops. Quillibrium takes these plant-powered compounds and turns them into a solution that targets fungal diseases, while boosting the plant’s own defenses. Meet Chester, a Springer Spaniel who lives deep in the English countryside. He’s 10 and a half now (about 60 in dog years). But he still insists on working like a proper farmer’s dog. 🐕 He patrols the fields every day with his best friend, Tony Tudor, who’s semi-retired from farming but still keeps a close eye on the crops. Chester takes the job very seriously. When Tony heads out to check the fields, Chester is right there beside him, nose down and tail wagging. 🐾 They never miss their Tuesday trip to the local agricultural market. Tony chats with other farmers about the latest challenges facing agriculture, and Chester quietly supervises the whole discussion. 🧐 Out in the fields it can get pretty lonely, but Chester doesn’t mind. His main job these days is being good company and an excellent listener. Do you have such a story of a trusted farm advisor or a helping hand? Let us know in the comments with a photo! #FarmAnimals
