This is your reminder to keep pushing yourself forward, but never forget how far you’ve already come 💪🏼 If you need help fueling your body and reaching your goals in a sustainable way, send me a DM — I’d love to help 💙
Ladies, hear me out: the goal isn’t always to eat less. It’s to eat enough and lift heavy! If you’re trying to gain weight and strength, DM me and let’s work on it together 💪🏼💙
Even as a professional dietitian, my weight journey has been far from perfect. I’ve experienced ups and downs, just like anyone else, but people often assume I’ve always “had it together.” The truth is, none of us start from perfection. We start from struggle, from growth, and from learning, and that’s exactly what makes the journey meaningful. Remember, Create Healthy Habits and Not Restrictions 🍽️💙 #RealTalk #DietitianLife #ProgressNotPerfection #HealthyJourney #WellnessOverPerfection #BodyAcceptance #NutritionWithHeart
And here are your beach day snacks guilt-free🙂↕️ Thank me later💙 Save this for your next beach day☀️ and let me know which one you’re trying first!
Ice cream isn’t something replaceable in summer🙂↔️☀️ But try not to have it every day, and stay mindful of your overall calorie intake even when enjoying it. You can also choose lower-calorie, higher-protein, or no-added-sugar options that still satisfy your cravings and make summer feel good. The goal isn’t to remove the foods you love, but to fit them into a healthy lifestyle that you can actually maintain without guilt or stress. So yes, ice cream can absolutely be part of your healthy habits when it’s done mindfully💙🙂↕️
Yes even dietitians can have red flags🚩and those red flags can affect your lifestyle and your relationship with food. Be mindful of who you choose to trust throughout your journey. A good dietitian should be available to answer your questions, guide you when you need support, and create a personalized nutrition plan based on your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Remember, losing weight is one thing. Building healthy habits that last is another. Choose your dietitian wisely💙🙂↔️

How were we brainwashed to notice the “Imperfections” and ignore the Strength? This is your reminder to focus on what matters most 💪🏼💙
New reel and a reminder many people forget during their workout journey: Hydration is just as important as the workout itself. Make sure you’re well hydrated before you start training, and continue sipping water throughout your session to maintain performance and energy levels. Also remember that when you sweat, your body loses fluids and electrolytes, so your water needs increase depending on the intensity of your workout, duration, and how much you’re sweating. Staying hydrated helps with endurance, focus, recovery, and overall performance 💧💪🏼
The purpose of eating before a workout isn’t simply to eat, but to properly fuel your session. There’s a common misconception that nuts or peanut butter are ideal pre-workout foods. In reality, it’s better to focus on carbohydrates before training, as they provide quick energy and help improve performance. Fats, such as those found in nuts and peanut butter, slow down digestion. However, if you still want to include them, you can have a small portion and combine it with a fast-digesting carb like bananas or dates.
Staying consistent at the gym is one of the most common struggles people face. So I’m going to give you the key 🙂↕️ The main issue is your mindset. You need to start thinking of your training as something primary in your day that can’t be easily skipped or replaced. Build your routine around your training as much as you can, not the other way around. Do this and let me know how much easier it gets! And literally, trust me 💙
