PMS bloating is real. Hormonal changes before your period can cause temporary water retention and puffiness, so it’s completely normal for your body shape to look different for a few days 💙
Favorite Banana Bread Recipe 😊 🔹Wet Ingredients (mix well): 3 medium bananas (300g unpeeled) 120g liquid egg whites - I’m using @eatyolkless find it at @buyrevyv - use RACHA10 for 10% off 1 whole egg 120g smooth peanut butter A bit of vanilla extract 2 to 3 tablespoons honey 🍯 (based on preferred sweetness) 🔹Dry Ingredients (mix well): 100g oat flour (around 1 cup) 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons Baking Powder 👉🏼Add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Mix in a handful of chocolate chips 🍫 (30g) 👉🏼Pour into lined or greased baking pan 👉🏼Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees c for around 30 minutes 👉🏼Let it cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing 🔪 🍰 Slice into 12 equal slices (140 calories, 5-6g proteins per slice) Enjoy 💙
