Follow + comment RECIPE to make these baked yogurt bars aka breakfast “cheesecake”🙂‍↔️ Literally just 4-5 ingredients + whatever toppings you want!! If your toddler isn’t an egg fan or they’ve been refusing yogurt lately, give this a try! More familiar (and fun) flavors and slightly different texture, bonus points if you let them help make it Here’s all you’ll need to make these: 2 c yogurt of choice (I used greek for extra protein, can use dairy free if needed) 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 c oat flour *optional 2-4 tbsp of maple syrup for sweetness or drizzle on top whatever toppings! tbh I think frozen wild bluebs is my fav > whisk WELL & bake at 350F for 35-45 min until set Protein packed, easy to prep for the week, & something you can serve for breakfast or snack! SAVE this to make later and SHARE with a friend who needs a new breakfast idea in the rotation 🤎 lmk if you try them!!!! SAVE + comment PREP if you want the recipes & links 🙂‍↔️ Idk about you, but having a few EASY staples I can always rely on saves my sanity when I don’t wanna think. So I wanted to share these easy items I lean on!! Love mixing & matching for meals or snacks: - snack packs w berries + edamame, cheese squares + mandarin slices, chickpeas + cut grapes (gave more examples in my substack post) - roasted sweet potato cubes & carrots for lunches w pb&j (cut, toss in olive oil, & roast at 400F for about 30min) - sheet pan blueberry yogurt pancakes to pair w eggs & fruit for breakfast or eat as a “snack cake” - spinach oatmeal muffins for snack or breakfast (smear a little yogurt on top for a “frosting”) - Parmesan buttered noodles that we can toss w marinara or Alfredo sauce or even a meat pouch for a quick meal (love chickpea or lentil noodles for fiber, iron, & protein) - banana pops (literally just dip in yogurt, add sprinkles, & freeze!) – peanut butter perfect bar dupes bc they’re 3 ingredients Anything you lean on to prep for the week?! follow + comment ‘APPLE’ for the recipe deets!!! 🍎 Tbh toddlers likely get enough protein, but they probably aren’t getting enough fiber 🥲 so it’s our jobs to offer a variety of fiber-filled sources to help them get there! These baked apple fritters are a twist on the classic fritter, without the added sugar or frying You need 👉🏼 1 chopped apple, 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c oat or almond flour, 1 egg (or flax egg works too!!), 1/4 c applesauce, cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder, dash of vanilla, & 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter Bake at 350F for 15-20 min until golden! I drizzled a yogurt “icing” on top, but you can even dip in yogurt or crumble the fritter as a parfait! For babies you can shred the apples instead of chopping Changing how we offer foods (not just what we offer) is one of the best ways to expand variety and help little ones explore new foods! Follow & comment ‘CAKE’ to make this 🫐🍌 cake + links for everything you need I’ve been seeing the viral dot cake all over my feed, so ofc I decided to make my own with less sugar & a lil fiber punch 🙂‍↔️ You can honestly do this method with any cake your fam loves!! Just bake the cake, grab a small ramekin, press down, & top w icing/cream cheese/yogurt + sprinkles (even hemp hearts as sprinkles for no added sugar) This blueberry banana cake would even make a great bday cake!!! 🎂 omit the blueberries and/or sub with chocolate chips or sprinkles (for funfetti vibe) SHARE with another mom who needs a fun way to change up breakfast & use those ripe naners 🙌🏼 #toddlermoms #feedingtoddlers #toddlerfoodideas #bananacake #dotcake

SAVE & comment ‘MELTS’ and I’ll send you the recipe + our favorite no-bake snacks & more sensory snack ideas! 🙂‍↔️ One of my favorite ways to get my toddlers interested in new foods isn’t actually at the table or the meal, it’s by including them in the process These frozen yogurt melts double as a snack + fun sensory activity. Let your little one mash the fruit & yogurt together in a zip-top bag (SHOW them how), help mix everything together, and even pipe the little melts onto a tray before freezing If yogurt has been a tricky food, this is a low-pressure way to start getting familiar with it. They’re seeing it, smelling it, helping prepare it, & exploring the texture without having to touch the yogurt directly or feel like they need to take a bite (who knows maybe they’d lick it off their finger 👀) Remember, food exposure doesn’t always mean eating. Every positive interaction with food counts ok?!! follow & comment ‘PREP’ for the recipes + TJ’s list 🙌🏼 If you’re new here hiii🤗 this is my weekly habit bc as a working mom of two toddlers & wife to a firefighter, prepping helps me on my solo days + the hubs on his dad duty days Here’s what I prepped this week👇🏼 – sheet pan spinach pancakes (Dino cake bars) – banana yogurt pops – 3 ingredient oatmeal cookies – meatballs & roasted butternut squash zig zags, sweet potato cubes – Trader Joe’s snacks: snap peas + cottage cheese ranch (I also have a recipe on my blog!), shelled edamame, Saturn peaches, cherry plums, freeze dried fruits, dried mango, pb puffs, tomatoes, kiwi, cheese) Prepping looks different for everyone!! Follow & comment ‘DIP’ to get the recipe deets + my no-bake snack list and fave toddler mealtime tools 👀🙌🏼 This strawberry chia yogurt dip is so fricken easy to make & filled with fiber + protein for a satisfying and refreshing summer snack! Just blend 1/2 c Greek yogurt (DF if needed), 1/2 c softened/whipped cream cheese (can sub w extra yogurt), 1/2 c strawberries, 1-2 tbsp chia seeds, opt vanilla extract & maple syrup/honey if wanting extra sweetness I love serving it with: apple or watermelon crinkle fries berries pineapple or mango sticks cucumber fries pretzels or grahams thin rice cakes waffle or pancake strips You can even stick this in a popsicle mold or dollop on parchment-lined baking sheet for a frozen treat!!
