I just got home from a few days at @kamalayakohsamui , I haven’t felt this serene in a long time 🧘♀️ I went there to slow down. To create some space in a life that had gotten really full, and to finally give myself permission to just be for a bit. Slower mornings, daily yoga, and so much stillness. Giving myself space in the little in between moments. I did not realise how much I needed that. My mum joined me from France, I had not seen her in 2 years. There couldn’t have been a more beautiful setting to reconnect. The wellness center was something else. The best massage of my life, an incredible gym, steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and so many classes to choose from. The most beautiful people, and a level of care I had not experienced before. The food was such a stand out too. Fresh, wholesome, plant-based, made with simple ingredients but presented in such a beautiful and elevated way. I’ve come home so inspired, and feeling like I reconnected with myself 🙏
