Have you ever seen someone train obliques and get a “blocky” waist? Neither have I. It’s a myth. Another reason why people mention is because it’s a good excuse to avoid training abs. Some people see me now and don’t realize what happens behind the scenes to get to this point. - The MAIN questions I get in my DMs are, “how long does it take to get a body like yours”, and “what supplements do you take?” First of all, if you’re focused on the destination and don’t enjoy the process then you’re simply not going to make it. I got into fitness because I enjoyed the process of seeing myself improve and never had an end goal in mind. Second of all, if you rely on supplements and think that you can build a dream physique from taking a pill then you have the complete wrong mindset. Honestly it all comes down how hard/smart you train and your diet. That’s 99% of what it takes and the supplements and everything else is just 1%. STOP looking for shortcuts and put in the work.
