Have you ever seen someone train obliques and get a “blocky” waist? Neither have I. It’s a myth. Another reason why people mention is because it’s a good excuse to avoid training abs. If you ever do see someone with a blocky waist it’s usually genetics or high amounts of gear. - I’ve found that when I train my abs regularly it just makes them even more impressive, especially at lower body fat levels through the right diet. - Another reason it’s important to train abs/obliques is to prevent injury, improve posture, and a more functional and balanced core. - Here are the ab exercises I did for obliques ⬇️ -Hanging leg raise with a twist -Single arm cable crunch -bent knee dragon flat with a twist (Do 3X10 on each side) - Wearing @gymshark code JB10 - #abs #sixpack #abworkout #gym #gymlife #workout #workoutmotivation #gymmotivation #aesthetic #shredded #fitness #fit #bodybuilding #fitnessmodel #malemodel #muscle #gymshark

10 year natural transformation 💪😈 -Pic on the left I was age 15 at 98lbs. -Pic on right is current, age 25 at 150lbs. - This is an example of what can happen after years and years of discipline. Some people see me now and don’t realize what happens behind the scenes to get to this point. - The MAIN questions I get in my DMs are, “how long does it take to get a body like yours”, and “what supplements do you take?” First of all, if you’re focused on the destination and don’t enjoy the process then you’re simply not going to make it. I got into fitness because I enjoyed the process of seeing myself improve and never had an end goal in mind. Second of all, if you rely on supplements and think that you can build a dream physique from taking a pill then you have the complete wrong mindset. Honestly it all comes down how hard/smart you train and your diet. That’s 99% of what it takes and the supplements and everything else is just 1%. STOP looking for shortcuts and put in the work.
