Finally starting to feel like myself again 😄 Swipe to see where I was back in January—post knee surgery, barely able to move. My surgeon literally told me if I moved the wrong way, my sutures would tear and the whole surgery would fail. I spent a month lying there, feeling helpless and like I was watching my identity slip away. I’m a fitness creator, and I looked like I hadn’t trained in years. People kept commenting “what happened?” like I just gave up or something… Trust me, if I could’ve trained, I would’ve. But looking back, it gave me perspective. I don’t take a single workout for granted anymore. I’m blessed. Could’ve been born in a war zone. Could’ve been paralyzed. Could’ve been in a million worse situations. If you’re healthy enough to train today—don’t waste it. #connorsinann
