Peanut butter cheesecake ice cream 🍨 🤯 Follow @lainiecooks_ for more healthy recipes ideas! I’m actually freaking out that you can make the creamiest ice cream that tastes like straight up cheesecake ice cream but is actually good for you and LOADED with protein. The star ingredient? WHOLE MILK COTTAGE CHEESE. If you think you don’t like cottage cheese, this will still win you over. I need to make other flavors asap… Hit me with some flavors ideas in the comments! Ingredients: 1 container of @good_culture whole milk cottage cheese 1/4 cup or more sweetener of your choice (I like to use raw honey or date syrup) 1-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter 1/2 cup chocolate chips Instructions: Using a high powered blender, food processor, or immersion blender, add cottage cheese and sweetener and blend until it’s silky smooth. Add in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Make swirls using a spoon and place it back into container. Top with more peanut butter and chocolate chips. Freeze for a few hours and enjoy! PRO TIP: to make sure it does not turn icy, stir every hour or so while in freezer and don’t freeze longer than 4-5 hours. #cottagecheese #cottagecheeseicecream #proteinicecream #glutenfree #highprotein #healthyicecream #dessertideas
Cinnamon toast crunch latte ✨🤎🍞🤤☕️follow @lainiecooks_ for more yummy easy recipes like this!! No machine required with this delicious and nostalgic latte. Coffees at home just got a major upgrade! I get everything you see here from Trader Joe’s, but you could easily still make this if you don’t shop there! What you’ll need: 1- 2 tsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it) 1 oz espresso Few dashes of cinnamon 1 tsp bourbon vanilla bean paste Pinch of salt Milk of choice Instructions: Add maple syrup to the bottom of a cup. Add cinnamon, salt, vanilla bean paste. Warm up espresso in the microwave for 30 seconds or use fresh espresso and then pour it in. Using an electric whisk mix together until frothy. Add ice and milk and stir to combine.

GREEN GODDESS EDAMAME DIP ✨This creamy, herb-packed dip is one of my grandmas most loved recipes that I’ve slightly tweaked over the years. It’s loaded with plant protein, fiber, and herbs. Made with my go-to spices from Simply Organic for extra flavor. Ingredients: 1 ½ cups cooked shelled edamame Handful fresh chives Handful fresh parsley Small handful fresh dill ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp Simply Organic garlic powder 1 tsp Simply Organic coriander 1/2 tsp sea salt (or more to taste) 1/4 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper Instructions: Add everything to a food processor and blend. Slowly add 1 tablespoon of water at a time while blending until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency to your liking. Taste and adjust salt if needed. JUICY ARTICHOKE BOTTOMS ✨ with a lemony garlic butter sauce Follow @lainiecooks_ for more! Ingredients 1 bag artichoke bottoms Grated parm 2 tbsp melted butter 1/2 tsp garlic powder Juice of 1 lemon Instructions sprinkle artichoke bottoms with salt, parmesan cheese and spray with oil. Air fry at 400° for about 13 to 15 minutes. While that’s cooking, prepare your sauce. In a small bowl, add melted butter, garlic, lemon and a generous sprinkle of parm. Mix to combine and dip each artichoke in the sauce.
