i love finding easy ways to turn convenience foods into a full meal, and this combo was actually so good. 😍 @ofoodusa BBQ Tteokbokki is coated in a smoky-sweet BBQ sauce that pairs perfectly with rotisserie chicken and hot rice. the chewy rice cakes add the best texture, and somehow everything together tastes like the ultimate comfort meal. it takes less than 10 minutes to make, but honestly feels like something i would order for takeout. quick, easy, and packed with flavor, this is definitely going into my regular dinner rotation. a full meal made in under 10 minutes! ✨ #koreanfood #tteokbokki #koreanstreetfood #kfood #korean
low energy dinners = one pan meals 🫡 lately, i’ve been all about recipes that only leave me with one pan and one utensil to wash because some nights, i just do not have the energy for a sink full of dishes. and yes, i’ll admit that i’ve definitely eaten straight out of the pan more than once 🤭 this one pan miso soy butter pasta is one of my favorite easy meals because it feels a little fancy, but it takes barely any effort to make. it’s creamy, savory, and makes the perfect entree or side for pretty much any protein you have at home. if you need an easy weeknight dinner that tastes way more impressive than the amount of work it takes, you have to try this one!! comment “miso butter pasta” and i’ll send you the full recipe! and make sure you’re following me so my message actually makes it to your inbox 💌 my pretty pink pan is from @caraway_home! you can use my code Misojenkitchen to get 10% off of their products! #pasta #easymeals #lazymeals #onepotmeals #friendsofcaraway
creamyyyy salmon sashimi with masago 🍣 this has been one of my favorite meals lately because it comes together in minutes and tastes just like something you’d order at a sushi restaurant! ingredients: ♡ 14 oz sushi-grade salmon, cut into large cubes ♡ 1/4–1/3 cup japanese mayo, depending on how creamy you like it ♡ 1–2 tbsp sriracha, depending on how spicy you like it ♡ 2 heaping tbsp masago (i personally love extra fish eggs) mix everything together, then serve with your favorite toppings and sauces! i love mine with: ♡ cucumbers ♡ seaweed salad ♡ pickled ginger ♡ rice ♡ eel sauce ♡ wasabi ♡ roasted seaweed ♡ diced mangoes ♡ green onions the best part is that you can customize it however you want. make it spicy, load it up with toppings, or keep it simple. your creation is completely up to you! #creamysalmon #sushi #asianfood #homecooking #salmon

tteokbokki x mac & cheese: microwave edition 🙂↕️ everything in this meal is made right in the microwave, no stove needed! if you’re looking for an easy snack or quick meal, you have to try @ofoodusa original cup tteokbokki. it combines chewy rice cakes with a rich, savory-spicy gochujang sauce for an authentic korean street food experience in just minutes. it’s delicious on its own, but it also makes the perfect base for fun upgrades like this mac and cheese mashup. quick, comforting, and packed with flavor, this is one pantry staple i always love having on hand. find ofood cup tteokbokki on amazon and try it for yourself! microwavable mac and cheese ♡ ½ cup water ♡ ½ cup macaroni ♡ pinch of salt add everything to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes, stirring after the first minute. check on the water level after 3 minutes. if all of the water has evaporated but your pasta isn’t cooked yet, add 2 tbsp of water and continue microwaving. repeat if necessary until the pasta is fully cooked. then add: ♡ 2 tbsp milk ♡ ½ tbsp butter ♡ cheese of choice (i used ⅓ cup mozzarella and 1 american cheese slice) ♡ 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional) mix until creamy and melted, then enjoy with your ofood cup tteokbokki for the ultimate comfort meal ✨ #koreanfood #tteokbokki #ricecakes #koreanstreetfood #macandcheese
my current hyper-fixation meal 🍣 creamy salmon sashimi with lots and lots of masagooooo! i seriously can’t stop making this!! it’s creamy, spicy, and comes together in just a few minutes. all you have to do is mix sushi-grade salmon with japanese mayo, masago, and sriracha to your taste. i love serving it over a bowl of hot rice and topping it with extra masago and green onions 🤤 i might have made it 4x this week 😭 #creamysalmon #sushi #asianfood #homecooking #salmon
i always have seaweed in my pantry, but this might be one of my favorite ways to use it! 🤭 @ofoodusa perilla oil seaweed is light, crispy, and packed with so much umami flavor. the perilla oil gives it the best subtle nutty flavor that makes it so good on its own, but it’s also perfect for fun recipes like these crispy seaweed nachos. they’re crunchy, savory, and such a fun way to switch up your usual nachos. you can find o’food perilla oil seaweed on amazon! seaweed rice paper chips recipe: microwave version: ♡ place the seaweed sheets on top of a wet piece of rice paper. ♡ cut into chip-sized pieces. ♡ place each piece into a small bowl to create a chip shape. ♡ microwave for 2 minutes. ♡ repeat with the remaining pieces. frying version: ♡ place the seaweed sheets on top of a wet piece of rice paper. ♡ cut into chip-sized pieces. ♡ lay them on a plate, making sure they don’t overlap, then microwave for 30 seconds.* ♡ fry in hot oil for 5 seconds, or until puffy and crispy. ♡ repeat with the remaining pieces. *this helps remove some of the moisture from the rice paper so it fries up crispy and doesn’t splatter in the hot oil! nacho toppings: top with your favorite nacho toppings! ♡ grilled chicken ♡ korean bbq sauce ♡ mozzarella cheese ♡ kimchi ♡ green onions ♡ guacamole #nachos #koreanfood #easyappetizer #ricepaperhack #seaweedchips
this is the juiciest chicken breast you’ll ever make! it’s completely foolproof, comes out perfectly juicy every single time, and is perfect for meal prep, salads, wraps, and so much more! 🍗 all-purpose seasoning ♡ 1½ tbsp kosher salt ♡ 2 tbsp garlic powder ♡ 2 tbsp onion powder ♡ 1 tbsp smoked paprika ♡ 1 tsp black pepper instructions ♡ pat the chicken breasts completely dry. ♡ generously season both sides. this seasoning is enough for about 5–6 chicken breasts. ♡ heat a well-oiled cast iron or stainless steel skillet over medium-high heat. i personally love using cast iron for the best sear. ♡ sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side, until deeply golden. ♡ transfer the skillet to a preheated 400°f oven and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°f. ♡ let the chicken rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing. this helps keep it extra juicy! gochujang vodka pasta!! ingredients: ♡ 8 oz pasta of choice (i love using mezzi rigatoni) ♡ 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ♡ 1 tbsp bacon fat (optional, but it adds so much flavor) ♡ 1 shallot, finely diced (about ⅓ cup) ♡ 2 garlic cloves, minced ♡ ½ tsp italian seasoning ♡ 4 tbsp double-concentrated tomato paste ♡ 1 tbsp gochujang ♡ 3 tbsp vodka (optional, but it’s what technically makes it a vodka sauce) ♡ 1 cup heavy cream ♡ 1 tbsp browned butter (regular butter works too, but browned butter gives it such a delicious nutty flavor) for serving: ♡ fresh basil (don’t skip this!) ♡ freshly grated parmesan cheese instructions: ♡ cook the pasta according to the package directions. before draining, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. ♡ heat the olive oil and bacon fat (if using) in a large skillet over medium heat. ♡ add the shallot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until softened. stir in the garlic and italian seasoning, then cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant. ♡ add the tomato paste and gochujang. cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until the tomato paste deepens in color and becomes rich and concentrated. ♡ stir in the vodka and let it cook off for 2 to 3 minutes. it helps bring the sauce together and adds a little extra depth without making it taste like alcohol. ♡ pour in the heavy cream and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. ♡ add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is evenly coated. ♡ stir in the browned butter until melted. ♡ add a splash of the reserved pasta water at a time until the sauce reaches your favorite consistency. ♡ finish with lots of fresh basil and plenty of grated parmesan, then enjoy! lil notes: ♡ don’t skip cooking the tomato paste. it makes such a big difference in the flavor. ♡ the bacon fat is totally optional, but it gives the sauce a little extra richness. ♡ fresh basil is one of my favorite parts of this recipe. it really brightens everything up and brings the whole dish together. if you’re a kimchi fan, you’re going to want this in your pantry ❤️🍜 @ofoodusa’s real kimchi ramen is available in both soup and stir fry versions! the broth is rich, flavorful, and has the perfect tangy kimchi flavor that keeps you going back for another bite. it’s made with real fermented kimchi, and you can honestly taste the difference. paired with the chewy noodles, it makes for such a comforting and satisfying meal. i also love how easy it is to make, which is always a win. whether you’re making it for lunch, dinner, or a late-night craving, it’s one of those meals that always hits the spot. i just topped mine with some fresh green onions, and they added the perfect little pop of freshness. 🥹❤️ you can find it on amazon! #kimchiramen #instantramen #koreanfood #ramen #noodles
