I added my go-to Peanut Butter Crunch Protein Granola from @pbfit for an extra boost of protein + flavour and WOW… new obsession unlocked 🔥 I usually snack on this granola straight from the bag or throw it on smoothie bowls + yogurt parfaits, but THIS might be my favorite use yet. It’s packed with protein, fibre, and made with wholesome ingredients 🙌 Filling • 1 apple • 1 tsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 3/4 tsp cornstarch Crumble • 3 tbsp oats • 2 tbsp almond flour • 3 tbsp protein powder • 2 tbsp plant milk • 1 tsp maple syrup • 3 tbsp #PBfit Peanut Butter Crunch Granola Chop your apple and place it in an oven-safe ramekin. Mix with maple syrup, cornstarch, and cinnamon until well coated. In a separate bowl, combine all crumble ingredients until it forms a soft, crumbly texture. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the apple mixture and microwave for 5 minutes until warm and tender. The video I was I had when I started my bread making journey 🥖 I’m definitely no baking pro—this recipe was a mix of ChatGPT + calling my bestie to make sure I wasn’t completely messing it up 😂 BUT it turned out so good. Honestly, the point of this video is to show you that sourdough doesn’t have to be intimidating or perfect. It’s way more forgiving than you think, and once you try it, you’ll realize it’s actually pretty simple… and 100% worth the time. Save this and give it a go 👇 Ingredients 100g active sourdough starter 400g warm water 600g flour (60% white + 40% whole wheat) 6g salt Instructions - Mix starter + warm water. - Add flour + salt and mix (use your hands until fully combined). - Let sit for 1 hour. - Do 1 stretch + fold, cover, and leave at room temp overnight (12–14 hrs). - In the morning, do 1 more stretch + fold, shape into a ball, and rest for 1 hour. - Preheat dutch oven at 500°F for 45 mins. - Score your dough, transfer (with parchment) into the dutch oven. - Bake covered for 20–25 mins until golden. - Let sit for 2 hours (the hardest part) and enjoy 🤍 If you’ve been intimidated by sourdough, this is your sign to just try it.
