So here we go with with some screenshots for Part 3 - the final chapter of @dylanshapes Dylan’s Slab Tour and we are back at Cape Solander with the boys surfing some of the most psycho waves i’ve ever filmed there. In part one Dylan hosts two of the best watermen on the planet Lucas Chumbo & Lucas Fink at Sydneys Cape Solander. As you might have seen in Part 1 Cape Solander was as good as it gets. But as you’ll see in Part 3, Cape goes absolutely PSYCHO!! The biggest backwash explosions went down on this day. Boards snapped like twigs on any wipeout. This edit almost a continuation of the TERROR VAULT series. This time I decided to film from a different angle, from my favourite water angle where you get to see the terror in the power. All the main hitters that were out which created insane viewing. I want to thank that helped me make this day & edit come together. Obviously Dylan, @lucaschumbo & @lucasfink My ski drivers on the day Rick Cooper @rickycooper.1 , Lucas Fink & Kelpie @kelp.ieee that put me into the spot to get the shot. Roger Buckingham @buxcam777 that got up at 3.30am for us to be shooting that insane land angle at first light. Yunes @yuneskhader (Lucas’s filmer) that added some insane drone footage & Dan Toomey @djtoomey who also added some really nice drone angles.. And Nate Smith @nate_smith_photo shooting that side angle which we added. I want to thank the surfers that put on an awesome show.
