It was a dream come true paddling out alongside legends today in The Eddie. Honored to win the Wave of the Day and come in 6th place representing the Hawaiians. M2O is complete! One of the hardest things I have ever done in the ocean. Given the light wind conditions yesterday the race across the channel quickly turned into a 4 hour mental and physical battle against myself. Just finishing was a win for me. With a total time of 4:33:26 finishing 65th overall. Just want to say thank you to my support crew on the escort boat for not letting me give up. Also my friends and family waiting for me on the beach. You guys are the reason I crossed that finish line. Mahalo to @olukai for all the support through my M2O journey. Also big mahalos to @f4foils and @wetfeet_hawaii for dialing me in with all the best gear. I rode the 585 front wing, 125 tail, 75 mast. Congrats to everyone who participated!
