The toasted marshmallow coffee syrup is made with just 3 ingredients, is super flavorful, doesn’t contain any artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or refined sugar. Pour two hot espresso shots over top. Whisk it well. Then add your favorite creamy milk. •Add ice to the top of the glass. • add your favorite creamer to another glass (I used toasted marshmallow @nutpods). Add a little dollop of my healthy marshmallow fluff. Use an electric frother to froth until fluffy. •pour over top. Do a dusting of raw cacao powder. •enjoy!! Let me know if you try!! 3 easy, high protein wrap recipes I make on repeattttt! You can use them in sooo many ways (sandwich wraps, breaky burritos, cucumber “sushi” — the possibilities are endless!) For the cucumber wrap, use a potato peeler to thinly slice cucumber. Then lay it in a row, slightly overlapping each piece. How’s your favorite building on top and roll it up. Then slice it into pieces. Dip in your favorite sauce. (I love doing a peanut style sauce with these!) your next late night sweet & salty snack sorted! 🤫 andddd made a little more wholesome ;) all you need is peanut butter, peanuts, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and @snackish potato chips - these aren’t your average chips. They’ve secretlyyyyy got some protein (from potato protein) & fiber, made with avocado oil, & they’re superrrrr crunchy! You guys need to try! (find them at target!) ➡️ comment LINK & I’ll send you some of my other favorite no bake treats! Here’s what you need: 1 cup crushed @snackish salt kissed potato chips 1/2 c peanut butter 1/4 c maple syrup 1/2 cup chopped peanuts 3/4 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tbsp coconut oil Mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir in the chopped peanuts and potato chips. Drop by spoonfuls or using a cookie scoop, onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for a few hours until completely firm. Melt the chocolate and oil together until smooth. Dip each ball and return to the baking sheet. I like to top with flakey sea salt and crushed peanuts. Place back in the freezer for another 30 mins or so until the chocolate is firm. Then move to an air-tight container. I’m such a nerd for how healing food can be 🤭🫐 I recently had my longevity bloodwork done & my CRP (inflammatory marker) was higher than usual. I was doing some research & found this study that was done where a group of people had one of these “LIFE” smoothies daily for 7 days without changing anything else & when the 7 days were up, each one had lowered their markers. Kindaaaaa cool & just goes to show how powerful food can be! ✨Comment LINK & I’ll send you my version of it (don’t worry, there’s not 8oz of spinach in it 😬 but there is a little less fruit, some added healthy fats, & protein for blood sugar balance & satiety!). I definitely don’t think we need to feel like we should cram as much greens into a smoothie as humanly possible, because heyyyy they should taste good too 😅 but think rather getting them in daily (even throughout multiple meals rather than just one) can be so beneficial to our health 🫶 hopefully this will inspire anyone to start including more nourishing foods in their diet! 🫐 Let me know if you try!! I know social media can make us feel like we need a 250 step morning routine but this past year I’ve simplified everything—and I’ve never felt better. For me, that looks like: • Starting with a morning bev - my protein matcha might not be aesthetic but it makes me happy & makes my morning feel special. • Getting sunlight ASAP. Truly undefeated for mood & energy. • Eating a nourishing breakfast within an hour of waking. Happy hormones!! • Gentle movement, like my morning walk. It’s calming, energizing, & feels like a reset button. • And keeping the commitments that support my long-term health—like skincare, red light, and staying consistent with my @invisalign treatment. Honestly, this was the habit I didn’t expect to love so much. I didn’t realize how much things like crowded or crooked teeth can impact sleep, oral hygiene, & even overall health. I had braces in high school, but Invisalign has been a GAME CHANGER. It’s comfy, low-maintenance, & requires fewer appointments (also, so nice you can just pop them out!). It’s one of those investments in myself that I’m genuinely proud of keeping up with!!
