I’ve been a health coach for 14+ years and I create & share healthy recipes for a living… but my relationship with my body and health hasn’t always been easy or confident. And tbh, I still struggle some days! This carousel is the short version of a much longer story... from losing weight in college and gaining confidence, to over-exercising and under-eating, to losing my period and then my pregnancies helping me heal my relationship with food and my body… and now stepping into 2026 feeling strong and excited about what’s ahead. What I love most about where I am now is this: I’m still learning. Still growing. Still optimizing. And I get to do that alongside this community. The viral Grinder Salad has been all over my feed lately, so I made my own version with a high protein dressing + a little crunch. 🥗 All the flavors of a classic Italian sub in one big bowl! 25 grams of protein per serving + it’s ready in 15 minutes. 4 friends, kid-free, one villa at Eden Rock, a week of incredible food + drinks and the bluest water I’ve ever seen. Felt like college days! 😍 Cheval Blanc for the day Still dreaming about these gluten-free cookies, but also that ice cream sundae 🤌🏻 Worked out every day! 💪🏼 Anniversary dinner at Sella. This was sooo much fun. We were all up dancing by the end of the night. The DJ was fantastic. Drinks delivered to the floating dock…. say less. Already ready to go back! 🩷🩷🩷
