This ain’t your average Japchae 🍝 No boiling, no fuss — just one pan and my mom’s secret sauce 💗 Sweet and savory stir-fried Korean glass noodles — ready in just 10 minutes✨ 📍Tag your noodle bestie & save this recipe for your next lazy day treat ✨Hailey’s One Pan Japchae 🧂 Ingredients • 6 oz Korean glass noodles (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes) • 6 oz beef (thinly sliced) • 2 handfuls of spinach • 1/3 onion, sliced • 1/4 carrot, julienned • 3–4 mushrooms, sliced ⸻ 🥩 Beef Marinade • 1 Tbsp soy sauce • 0.5 Tbsp sugar • 3 cloves minced garlic • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 Tbsp mirin Marinate for about 10 minutes for extra flavor and tenderness. ⸻ 🥢 Japchae Sauce • 1/2 cup water • 2 Tbsp soy sauce • 1/2 Tbsp dark soy sauce • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce • 1 Tbsp sesame oil • 2/3 Tbsp sugar • 1 tsp sesame seeds ⸻ 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Layer the ingredients Add 3 Tbsp of cooking oil to a wok. Place the soaked noodles at the bottom, then layer the marinated beef, onion, carrot, mushroom, and spinach on top. 2. Add the sauce Pour about 2/3 of the japchae sauce evenly over all the ingredients. 3. Cook Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until it starts to sizzle. Then uncover, increase to medium-high heat, and stir occasionally until the noodles are soft and the beef is fully cooked (about 8–10 minutes). 4. Toss everything together Taste the noodles — if needed, add the remaining sauce along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated and glossy. 5. Finish Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving. ⸻ ✨ Tips • When soaking the noodles, use warm water (140–155°F). They’re ready when they bend easily. • If the noodles still feel slightly firm after cooking, add 3–5 Tbsp of water and cook for another 2–3 minutes. • Dark soy sauce gives it a deeper, more appetizing color. • For even better flavor, cook the beef first and set it aside, then add veggies and noodle, stir-fry them together, and add the beef back • Traditional Japchae doesn’t use oyster sauce, but adding a little boosts the umami–many Korean restaurants do this now! #asmrfood #mukbang #koreanfood #glassnoodles #easyrecipes

✨Effortless like instant noodles—but bursting with bold, rich flavor 💗 This Malatang is spicy, savory, and perfectly numbing in all the right ways ✨ One bite = an instant trip to China ✈️🇨🇳 Tag your bestie & share your must-have Malatang toppings 🥩🥟😎 Never tried Malatang? This is your sign to begin your first delicious adventure 🥘💗 🥘 Easiest Malatang Recipe 🧂 Ingredients • 1/2 block of Chinese spicy hotpot soup base (250g) • 1.5 cups milk (whole milk preferred for creaminess) • 1 cup water (adjust to taste) • 🧄 2 cloves garlic, smashed or minced (optional) • 1 tsp chicken powder • 1 tsp sugar 🍜 Add your favorite ingredients: • Fish balls / beef balls / shrimp • Thinly sliced beef, pork, or tofu • Napa cabbage, spinach, or bok choy • Mushrooms (enoki, shiitake, oyster, etc.) • Lotus root / potato slices • Tofu skin / konjac noodles / instant ramen / rice noodles / sweet potato noodles / knife-cut noodles ⸻ 🍳 Instructions: 1. Prepare the base In a pot, add 1.5 cups of milk, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 block of hotpot base. Bring to a boil while stirring until fully dissolved. 👉 If you’re worried it might be too spicy, start with 1/3 block first. You can always add more later. Just remember to increase the chicken powder a bit for balance. 2. Remove the spice bits Use a strainer to remove any whole spices or herbs from the broth. 3. Add flavor Stir in garlic, chicken powder, and sugar. 4. Cook your ingredients Start with firm items like fish balls, sliced potatoes, tofu, or meat. Add softer veggies and noodles last. Simmer everything for 5–10 minutes or until fully cooked. 5. Serve Ladle into a bowl. Optional toppings: chopped scallions, chili oil, sesame seeds, or crushed peanuts. ⸻ 🔥 Tips: • You can throw in any ingredients you like — Malatang is super flexible! • Too spicy? Just add more milk. • Want a richer flavor? Stir in 1 tbsp peanut butter or sesame paste at the end. Enjoy your meal💗 #asmrfood #malatang #hotpot #mukbang #chinesefood #麻辣烫 #easyrecipe

This isn’t your average kimchi ramen 🍜 It’s made by the No.1 kimchi brand, using real, big-cut kimchi — not dried flakes. And while it’s amazing straight from the cup, you can take it to the next level with just a few simple pairings. I turned it into a cozy “soondubu × kimchi-jjigae” style ramen and it legit tastes like you simmered it for hours 🫶 📍 Tag your noodle buddy and save this recipe for your next cozy meal! 💗 ✨ Hailey’s Real Kimchi Tofu Ramen 📝Ingredients • 2 packs @ofood_global Real Kimchi Ramen • 3.6 cups water • 1/3 cup spam, diced • ¼ onion, sliced • 1 green onion, chopped • 1 tube silken tofu • Enoki mushroom • Bok choy • Soy sauce (to taste) 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Build the flavor base Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pot over medium heat. Add diced spam, sliced onion, green onion, and the ramen seasoning powder. Sauté until fragrant — let the seasoning bloom in the oil for deeper flavor. 2. Add broth Pour in 3.6 cups of water and bring it to a boil. 3. Load it up Add the ramen noodles and let them soften. Drop in silken tofu, the real kimchi pack, extra spam, and enoki mushrooms. 4. Finish with greens Add bok choy and simmer until the noodles are fully cooked. Adjust saltiness and consistency with soy sauce and additional water as needed. Crack an egg yolk in the center before serving for extra richness. Enjoy your cozy kimchi tofu ramen! 🍜✨ 💡 Tips • You can now find O’Food Real Ramen across Canada & the U.S. 🍜 🇨🇦 Costco, Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore 🇺🇸 Costco, H Mart, Kroger, H-E-B, Albertsons & Amazon • The real kimchi pack is the KEY! Don’t skip it 🔥 • Add more water if you prefer it soupy — and adjust saltiness with soy sauce. • Add a slice of cheese at the end for a creamy twist. #asmrfood #mukbang #realkimchiramen #koreanfood

Cook the noodles Bring 1½ cups of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until just tender. Reserve ½ cup of the noodle water before draining. 2. Make the sauce base In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, Buldak sauce, seasoning powder, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth. 3. Add your toppings (optional but highly recommended!) Top with grilled steak, soft-boiled eggs, blanched bok choy, and finish with a drizzle of chili oil. 💡 Tip: I added the cheese first in the video for the visuals, but it melts much more smoothly if you mix the sauce first and add the cheese together with the hot noodle water. 🌶️ Prefer it less spicy? Use less Buldak sauce and add a splash of soy sauce to keep the flavor balanced. #ramenhack #asmrfood #mukbang #easydinner

Not your average Korean salmon dish 🇰🇷✨ This is Yeoneojang, Korean soy-marinated salmon that’s savory, silky, and seriously addictive 🍣 A modern Korean dish inspired by Korea’s long tradition of soy-marinated foods like gejang and saewoojang✨ TBK Soy Pickled Vegetable Marinade makes pickling easy with no boiling or cooling needed. For classic Korean-style pickled veggies like onion, radish, and garlic, just pour it over and let them sit for about a day. For this salmon version, 1–2 hours is all you need. Simple, flavorful, and honestly… I could eat this every day 💗 Check the link in my bio or search “TBK” on Amazon. 📍Tag your Korean food bestie & save this recipe for your next craving💗 ✨ Hailey’s Soy-Marinated Salmon (Yeoneojang) 📝 Ingredients • 12 oz sushi-grade salmon • 1½ cups @tbk.us Soy Pickled Vegetable Marinade • ½ small onion, thinly sliced • 4 garlic cloves, sliced • 1 red chili, sliced • 1–2 Tbsp sesame seeds ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Prepare the container Add the thinly sliced onion to the bottom of a glass container. 2. Layer the salmon Arrange the sliced salmon evenly over the onions. 3. Add the toppings Scatter the sliced garlic, red chili, and sesame seeds over the salmon. 4. Pour the marinade Pour about 1½ cups of TBK Soy Pickled Vegetable Marinade over everything until the salmon is mostly submerged. 5. Finish it off Top with the lemon slices, then cover and refrigerate for about 1–2 hours. 6. Serve Enjoy over warm rice with the marinated onions, or pair with avocado, egg yolk, and a little extra marinade. 💡 Tips: • Thinly sliced onions will lightly pickle while the salmon marinates. • For yeoneojang, the salmon only needs about 1–2 hours. For Korean-style pickles like cucumbers, radishes, and garlic, simply pour the marinade over the vegetables and let them sit for about a day. No boiling or cooling needed! #TBKKrew #PaiksPartners #PaikJongwon #MarinatedSalmon #asmrfood

This ain’t your average dumpling 🥟 Craving Chinese soup dumplings but too lazy to fold? Same 😮‍💨✨ Juicy, cozy soup dumplings made the easiest way ever !! no folding, no stress… just comfort in a bowl 🔥 Inspired by @shinchan__recipe ✨ 📍Tag your dumpling bestie & save this for your next craving night 🥟🍴 ⸻ ✨ Hailey’s Lazy Soup Dumplings Ingredients • 1/2 lb ground pork • 2 green onions, chopped • 1 tsp chicken powder • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sugar • 2 tsp minced ginger • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1 Tbsp cooking wine (optional) • Black pepper, to taste • 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth • Heat-resistant bowls(ramekin-sized) • Dumpling wrappers • Water (for steaming) ⸻ Instructions 1. Make the pork filling Add ground pork, green onions, chicken powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, minced ginger, minced garlic, black pepper, cooking wine (if using), and chicken broth into a zip-top bag. 2. Mix Remove excess air, seal the bag, and massage until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined. 3. Prepare for piping Push the pork mixture toward one corner of the bag. Cut a small hole at the corner to use it like a piping bag. 4. Make lazy dumplings Pipe the pork filling into a small heat-resistant bowl (such as a ramekin), filling it about 1/3 full, then gently press it flat. Place 1 dumpling wrapper on top of the filling in each bowl. 5. Steam Place the bowls into a pot and add water until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the bowls. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked through. 6. Serve Serve hot with chili oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, or green onions, if desired. ⸻ Tip If your dumpling wrappers are thick, briefly soak them in water for 1 second before placing them on top of the filling. Stop steaming as soon as the pork is cooked to keep the dumplings tender and moist. Cooking time may vary depending on the amount of pork used in each bowl. #asmrfood #mukbang #cupdumpling #lazydumpling
