Place liners in muffin tin. Put one sugar cookie in each tin for the bottom layer. 2. Next add an oreo on top of each sugar cookie. 3. Mix brownie batter according to directions and pour on the very top of each one. 4. Add sprinkles on top & bake in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Take a toothpick or skewer and mix the chocolates together while still warm so that it begins to swirl. Top with sprinkles, pretzels & other toppings. 3. Freeze for 1-2 hours and gently break apart.
