Chocolate peanut butter eggs 🍫🥜 Making core memories and a better-for-you treat 🥹 Comment “egg” to get the recipe sent to your DMs! Dom and I made these peanut butter chocolate eggs together and they’re dangerously good. Save this one for Easter (or honestly… anytime). Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs: 2/3 cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour (you may need a little more depending on your peanut butter) 1/2 to 3/4 cup chocolate chips 1 teaspoon coconut oil Flaky sea salt Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour until it forms a dough. If it’s too soft, add a little more coconut flour. Form into egg shapes and place on parchment paper on a plate or baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth. Dip each egg into the chocolate, using a fork to lift and let the excess drip off. Place back onto parchment paper, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and refrigerate until set. #recipe #easterrecipes #healthyeating
