If it’s too hot to even consider turning your oven on, you need these! The perfect no bake dessert, using the juiciest in season strawberries and no dairy, sugar or gluten (just use GF oats if you need to). So tasty & so, so easy 🍓 AD Here’s how 👩‍🍳 Base 🔹1 cup ground oats 🔹1/2 cup ground almonds 🔹3 tbsp maple syrup 🔹3 tbsp melted coconut oil or vegan butter Filling 🔹1 1/2 cups @naturescharm whipped oat cream 🔹1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries 🔹1–2 tbsp maple syrup, to taste Optional toppings: Melted vegan white chocolate Extra strawberry slices ▪️Mix the ground oats, maple syrup and melted coconut oil in a bowl until the mixture holds together. Add a little plant milk only if needed. ▪️Press the mixture into a muffin tin or silicone cup moulds, moulding it to form cups, then chill in the fridge ▪️Stir the chopped strawberries and maple syrup into the whipped oat cream ▪️Spoon the filling into the chilled cups ▪️Finish with a drizzle of melted vegan white chocolate and extra strawberries, if using ▪️Chill for another 10–15 minutes before serving, then enjoy! These are so unbelievably good I defy you not to love them. Even if you’re Italian and are currently dusting off your pitchfork ready to come for me (again), I urge you try these first. And I’ll say this ONCE AGAIN but anyone who’s about to tell me off for appropriating I’m AT LEAST 2% Italian because my mum once did a DNA test which came back telling her she was a tiny part ‘Mediterranean’ which she decided must mean Italian because it seemed more chic and now my kids have to call her Nonna. True story. Thanks to my girl @starinfinitefood for the inspo 💫 Here’s how 👩‍🍳 🔹 8 medjool dates 🔹 1/2 cup yogurt of choice or coconut cream 🔹 3 tbsp maple syrup (or less, to taste) 🔹 1/4 cup pistachio butter 🔹 100g dark chocolate @rawhalo Optional: chopped pistachios ▪️ place the pitted dates on baking paper, cover with more baking paper and use a rolling pin to flatten ▪️ mix the pistachio butter, yogurt and maple syrup together in a bowl, then spoon 1/2 tbsp onto each date and roll up into a cannoli shape ▪️ place chopped pistachios on a chopping board and dip each end of the cannolis ▪️ melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave stirring at 30 second intervals then drizzle on the middle of the cannolis and sprinkle any extra pistachios ▪️ refrigerate to set then enjoy! Happy 3rd birthday to my little Elula ❤️ the lasts hit me just as hard as the firsts, it feels like you’re growing up so fast but you’ll always be ‘the little one’. I wasn’t even sure I was in labour with you three years ago today, Azaria decided to miss her school trip to be there and Buddy kissed my tummy and said ‘see you after nursery’. Two hours later you were here, your big sis in the birth pool with me with her goggles on declaring ‘I can see the head!’ as she looked under the water. You walked at 10 months, such was your need to join in with your sibling squad. You’ve giggled your way through three magical years, the last piece in the jigsaw puzzle Mr H didn’t know we needed (but I was sure of it) and the girl energy I manifested to balance out the crazy boy energy 🤪 but it turns out you have a bit of that too! The sweetest, funniest, craziest, most effervescent character, so deeply loved by your siblings it makes my heart feel like it’s going to explode out my chest. I count my blessings every single day 🩷 Keep on shining little Lula Pops, Love, Mummy xx

I mean I never said they were BIG brownies… Serving size aside. Life’s too short; everything in moderation and eat the damn brownie ♥️ Here’s how 🧑‍🍳 🔹1 large sweet potato (around 600g, 2 cups once puréed) 🔹2 cups chocolate chips, plus 1 cup for frosting ▪️Preheat your oven to 175C and line an 8x8 inch tin with baking paper. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat. Whilst it’s melting, boil the sweet potato (peeled and chopped into chunks) for 10 minutes in a saucepan, then drain well and blend into a purée. ▪️Add 1 cup of the blended sweet potato to the melted chocolate and mix well until fully combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. ▪️Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool, then melt the extra chocolate in the same way as above and stir in the remaining 1 cup of purée. Spread this onto the brownies, cut into squares and enjoy! Guys I did a thing. Here’s how it went down… I went along to an event which sounded fun at the time but when I got there I was terrified… Luckily these lovely ladies and our pal @googlegemini were on hand every step of the way Was I in too deep!?!? Eek This is gamechanging for DIY projects! First we glued on the base and some padding… Then added another layer with a staple gun which was fun. Watch me getting caught out messing around 😂 Then we cut off the edges… And asked our new pal for help with the pattern Obv I picked the hardest fabric ffs Fin. Now home to put the legs on but ofc I got a bit carried away… Got my team doing some sanding… Painted the legs green, and then for the piece de la resistance… Some cute gold feet. BUT THEN I turned my back for 5 mins and a little person wanted in on the action 😭 luckily Gemini was there for me through thick and thin. Crisis averted Ta da! My new fave little stool, sitting pretty in the living room. Inspired to do a little more upholstery now, what should my next project be? Thanks @googlegemini @edgeupholstery for my new found confidence 🩷 ad

Tomato is a FRUIT, as my kids keep on telling me, which makes this the best dessert lunch I can’t stop eating! Honestly it’s perfect for this weather, the Spaniards know what’s up 🇪🇸 hopefully I haven’t offended you guys too, te amo ♥️ Here’s how 👩‍🍳 🔹crusty bread 🔹olive oil (2 drizzles) 🔹2 tomatoes 🔹1 garlic clove 🔹pinch of salt ▪️ drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and gently toast the bread face down until golden ▪️ great the tomatoes with the small side of a grater ▪️ peel and half the garlic clove, then rub this over the toasted bread ▪️ spoon on the tomato, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with olive oil if desired then enjoy! Can’t stop eating these in this weather! The perfect little sweet treat, just what I need to have on hand in my freezer this week! Context for anyone not in London, London is having a heatwave and London does not cope well in the heat 🫠 Are you keeping cool where you are? Here’s how 👩‍🍳 🔹2 frozen bananas 🔹2 tbsp cacao 🔹rice paper sheets ▪️ blend the bananas and cacao until they are a soft serve texture, adding in milk of choice 1 tablespoon at a time if needed ▪️ soak the rice paper in water for five seconds then place over a bowl ▪️ spoon 2 heaped tbsp of the mixture into the centre of the rice paper ▪️ fold up the rice paper, trim the ends and dust with some extra cacao powder ▪️ freeze for two hours then remove from the freezer five minutes before serving and enjoy! Ditch those shop bought magnums and give these healthier nut free tahini ‘snickers’ magnums a go instead - only 5 ingredients and so delicious, my kids love them (as do I)! The perfect summer treat ☀️ Here’s how 👩‍🍳 🔹4 dates 🔹1.5 bananas 🔹2 tbsp tahini 🔹2 tbsp cacao powder 🔹100g chocolate for coating ▪️ open up the dates, remove the stone, spoon and a teaspoon of tahini, place on a lolly stick as shown then place into lolly moulds ▪️blend the bananas and cacao powder, then pour into the moulds. If you don’t have these you could always use and ice cube mould instead! ▪️Freeze for around four hours or until set, then melt your chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat. ▪️Dunk the lollies in one by one, then place them on some baking paper to set. Ok Italians please don’t come at me! I know this is not a *real* tiramisu but it’s still very delicious and qualifies as a breakfast food which to me is a win. Plus my mum thinks she’s part Italian because a DNA test once told her she was a percentage ‘Mediterranean’ and now makes my kids call her Nonna so I’m basically Italian too. True story. Here’s how 👩‍🍳 🔹3 rice cakes 🔹1 cup filter coffee 🔹3/4 cup yogurt of choice 🔹1 tsp cacao powder, for dusting Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup ▪️dunk the rice cakes in the coffee ▪️if using maple syrup, mix it with the yogurt and use it to sandwich the rice cakes together, as a filling ▪️ spoon more yogurt on top and dust with cacao powder ▪️ chill for half an hour, then enjoy! Recipe below 👇 you need these 5 ingredient, Dubai style pistachio magnums in your life! This one is banana free and peanut butter free (as well as being vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free), and wow are they delicious! There’s just something about the creamy pistachio filling and the crunchy almond chocolate coating that just hits the spot 🤌🏼 I hope you love them as much as we do! Here’s how 🧑‍🍳 🔹1/2 cup coconut cream (the hart part from a tin of coconut milk) 🔹2 tbsp pistachio butter 🔹2 tbsp pure maple syrup to coat: 🔹around 200g chocolate (I used @hukitchen ) 🔹 1/2 cup flaked almonds Optional: white chocolate to drizzle, I used a vegan one ▪️For the ice cream mixture, blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then pour into moulds and freeze. ▪️Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat, then remove from the heat, stir in the flaked almonds and dunk the ice creams in one by one. ▪️Enjoy once the chocolate is set or store them in the freezer for later!
