Probably the BEST thing you can make with just 4 easy to find pantry ingredients. Trust me when I say this, you do not need to buy overpriced shop bought treats that are full of ultra processed ingredients - make this millionaire caramel slab instead, it’s perfection 🤌🏼 Go try it for yourself, it’s so easy and SO good. Here’s how 👩🍳 Base 🔹1 cup ground almonds 🔹1/3 cup cashew butter 🔹1/4 cup maple syrup Caramel 🔹1/3 cup cashew butter 🔹1/3 cup maple syrup Topping 🔹 1 cup chocolate chips 🔹 2 tbsp cashew butter ▪️mix the base ingredients in a bowl then place in a lined loaf tin or mould and flatten down with a spoon ▪️mix caramel ingredients together and spread on top of the base ▪️melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave stirring every 30 seconds then stir in the peanut butter and pour over the base ▪️chill in the fridge until set (around 30 mins) then cut into slices and enjoy! YES it’s single serve. 1 banana in a recipe = 1 serving, OK. I don’t make the rules 😂 This is only the EASIEST banana bread you’ll ever make, it’s SO good, you’d never know it was vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free too! Here’s how 🧑🍳 🔹1 banana 🔹2 tbsp maple syrup 🔹1 tbsp olive oil 🔹4 tbsp ground almonds 🔹1/4 tsp baking powder Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips ▪️mash the banana in a heatproof dish, then add the other ingredients and mix well ▪️ bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. ▪️ leave to cool, then slice and enjoy! Also PSA if you’ve not discovered it yet but M&S do one ingredient cornflakes 🤌🏼 Here’s how 👩🍳 🔹1 cup cornflakes 🔹1 cup chocolate chips 🔹1/4 cup nut butter of choice ▪️ melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted, then stir in the cornflakes and mix well ▪️ spoon the mixture into cupcake moulds (or cases) around 1/3 full, then spoon around a teaspoon of nut butter on top of each one ▪️Spoon the cornflake mixture on top and chill until set ▪️ store in the fridge or freezer if you want to them to keep for longer, but as if! Mind = blown! Everyone’s favourite nostalgic ice lolly, with a healthier twist…what’s not to like!? These FAB lollies are only 3 ingredients, they’re so easy to make and way better for you than the shop bought version! You can even add protein powder to pack in some protein too! IB: @squashedpickle ♥️ Here’s how 👩🍳 🔹 2 cups frozen strawberries 🔹 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup yogurt of choice 🔹100g chocolate, for the coating Optional: 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder Optional: sprinkles ▪️blend the strawberries, 1/2 cup yogurt and 2 tbsp protein powder if using until smooth, then pour into lolly moulds and freeze ▪️remove from moulds and in a glass mix the yogurt with 1 tbsp protein powder (if using), then dunk the lollies in one by one (2/3 of the way up) and place on a lined baking tray back in the freezer ▪️ melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (stirring every 30 seconds) then dunk the lollies in one by one (1/3 of the way up). If using sprinkles, place in a glass and dunk quickly before the chocolate sets. Store in the freezer, if there’s any left! Just trust me on this one. This chocolate mousse torte is so easy and tastes SO indulgent! And it’s gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free (depending on which chocolate you use) and nut free too 🥰 Here’s how 🧑🍳 🔹1 cup mango chunks 🔹1 cup dark chocolate (or milk chocolate, depending on your taste) 🔸Melt the chocolate in a bowl over saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat. 🔸mix the mango and melted chocolate in a blender until smooth then spoon into a 4” cake tin or similar. 🔸 refrigerate for 4 hours or until set, dust with cacao if you like, then enjoy! Only thing dangerous about this is how addictive it is 😋 I couldn’t believe how just easy, delicious and fun this one was! I mean who doesn’t love chocolate and hazelnut with a little goodness packed in! Great for your skin, but also just so tasty too 🥰 Let’s go.. Here’s how 👩🍳 🔹1 sweet potato 🔹1/4 cup hazelnut butter 🔹2/3 cup chocolate (I used @rawhalo buttons) ▫️roast your sweet potato until soft (about 1 hour at 200C), then carefully slice open while hot ▫️add in the chocolate, then squeeze potato around the chocolate and leave for 5 minutes ▫️mash the now melted chocolate and the sweet potato flesh together with the hazelnut butter and mix well ▫️bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes, then cool ▫️drizzle on any extra chocolate and chill in the fridge until set, then enjoy! And only THREE ingredients! 🤯 we are all shooketh, you must try these, immediately. Ditch those shop bought magnums and give these healthier Snickers magnums a go instead - only 5 ingredients and so delicious, my kids love them (as do I)! The perfect summer treat ☀️ You guys LOVED the original version of these so much, and one creator with a very large following decided she loved them so much she’d pass them off as her own without so much as a credit to yours truly 🤪 anywayyyy Here’s how 👩🍳 🔹4 dates 🔹1.5 bananas 🔹2 tbsp cacao powder @foodthoughtsuk 🔹100g chocolate for coating @rawhalo ▪️ place the dates on a lolly stick as shown then place into lolly moulds ▪️blend the bananas and cacao powder, then pour into the moulds. If you don’t have these you could always use and ice cube mould instead! ▪️Freeze for around four hours or until set, then melt your chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat. ▪️Dunk the lollies in one by one, then place them on some baking paper to set. Just two ingredients for these delicious cookies. No gluten, dairy or refined sugar, just two fruits working hard. Choc chips optional, but are they ever? Let’s go.. Here’s how 👩🍳 🔹1 banana 🔹3/4 cup desiccated coconut Optional: small handful of chocolate chips ▫️add the banana and coconut to a bowl and mash with a fork, then mix well ▫️add in any chocolate and mix again ▫️bake at 180C for around 15 minutes or until golden ▫️leave to cool then enjoy!
